I am more than impressed with the excellent care I got from Alajandro's team. I know this wasn't an easy job having one access point for the trenchless repairs under the house in the limited crawlspace. Yet, not once did anyone complain. These guys were hard working and operated as a great team. After I called, the next day they came out with a snake/camera to assess the job, then followed up later that afternoon with a fair and accurate bid. I accepted, set up an appointment, and they showed up right on schedule and completed the job just the way they said they would. They were very respectful of the property and put everything back to the way they found it and even cleaned off the driveway! I highly recommend Alajandro and would certainly be happy to use them again.

Heard these guys are good from a trusted friend, but they stood me up after waiting nearly 24 hrs and asked me to ""reschedule for tomorrow because the guys are running behind."" Understandable, but also easily avoidable. Called Roto-Rooter and they're already here fixing my plumbing issue.

Contacted Rooter King Monday morning, they came out Monday afternoon, received their bid ( very competitive ) Monday evening, gave them the go ahead Tuesday morning, they secured the permit Wednesday, started work Thursday , rained on Friday, and finished the job on Monday.
They did such a good job cleaning up that you would have no idea that there had been two lateral sewer lines replaced in our yard. They even reset a carmel stone path that had to be removed.

Alejandro Trinidad is one of a kind. I spent Wednesday interviewing plumbers about replacing our failed/broken sewer line. Alejandro stopped by the site that same day, scoped our sewer line with his camera while I watched and could see the condition of the line ( at no charge). That evening he emailed a detailed estimate and proposal. From my research, his price was right. His outstanding reputation among tradespeople in our community encouraged me to stop my search, and I accepted his proposal. The next morning, the permit process was underway and the utility companies had begun marking the street, which was completed by Friday. Monday morning Alejandro arrived with his crew and equipment, set up traffic control, and replaced our sewer line from the house to the main using the trenchless method... one hole at the cleanout in our yard, another in the street, (no open trenches disrupting the entire surface for the length of the line!). He and his crew replaced the entire sewer line, filled and compacted the holes, repaired the asphalt in the street perfectly, (unlike other work done in our neighborhood) removed all debris and left the entire site spotless by 3 p.m. His amazing daughter managed the paperwork, scheduling, billing and permitting process, which was seamless. I received an e-bill via Quick Books shortly, was able to pay by e-check or credit card immediately... the smoothest, most pleasant transaction imaginable.

Best and most efficient plumbers I've seen in 40 years with numerous renovations and repairs. We had a major issue in a bath tear out where we encounter major code violations. Alejandro and his team where in there in 24 hours and buttoned up the job in a few hours.

I had him do a couple of jobs over the space of a few days including a new sewer line replacement and tie in to the city main line. Fast service, completed on time as promised, courteous crew, permits, inspections. If you have a minor or major job give them a call, great to work with. They have become my go to plumber.

Alejandro saved the day/weekend! Whew! Our regular plumber has stopped providing drain-cleaning services, so we had to try someone new. We'll use Rooter King from now on. They were here--on a very busy Friday afternoon--in only about 20 minutes after our call. They were very up-front (and fair) about pricing and they stayed until the job was done. We had one big main sewer clog and clogs in both showers, too. Very professional and patient . . . highly recommended!

I've had another Realtor sing the praises of Alejandro Ramirez but was skeptical. When I was referred to them for lateral sewer line replacement, I crossed my fingers. Wow, I was really impressed. Alejandro told me who would get the job done before the closing, while we were approaching the heavy rain period in January. I went to the job site and found Alejandro hands on, running the equipment, the line had already been replaced, waiting for building inspector. The inspector signed off, the guys filled the trench, they swepped the street and the paving guy showed up with perfect timing. Great job, I highly recommend. Friendly, efficient and great with paperwork.
