I can't give anything less than one star. My kitchen sink drain plugged up on New Years Day and I called Rooter King at 6:00 pm and their plumber Mark said it was holiday rate and it would be $160 to unplug my drain. He further said to call back on January 2nd and they would charge me a regular rate at $80 and that there would be more plumbers working on a ""regular"" day. I called at 8:30 am on January 2nd and the dispatch did not mention a holiday rate and said the plumber would contact me with a time for service. Two hours later, no call. I called back a second time and dispatch advised if I didn't hear from the plumber in 45 minutes, to call back. Guess what? I had to call back and the told the plumber Jamal to call me. Jamal called me within 15 minutes and said that he was overbooked and couldn't make it out because he had 5 other jobs!!!! And to top it off, he said that Rooter King was charging a holiday rate today because everyone else is closed!!!! I could have gone with Mark the night before if they are going to charge me $160 anyways. Mark was available the night before. This business is run horribly and does not have the consumer's best interest in mind. In the end I went with Rescue Rooter who treated me professionally and gave me a two hour window that the plumber would arrive. NO HOLIDAY RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go with Rescue Rooter for future reference.

Called multiple times and for several days. The lady who answered said she was waiting for plumbers to get back and assured me they would call...no return phone call:( My neighbors recommended them and liked their work so who knows...maybe they never received the message. This was just my experience.

I was right, these guys are my new go-to. I called Rooter-King back a few months after they fixed my dishwasher to see if they could fix a couple of leaking tub faucets. The receptionist not only remembered me but also remembered that I have an odd working schedule with different days off than the usual 9-to-5er does. She scheduled me for one of my days off so I wouldn't need to worry about missing any work to wait for a plumber. The plumber himself (I'm sorry, I can't remember who it was off the top of my head right now) was great, too. Showed up exactly when he said he would and had both tubs in perfect working order again in no time. No more leaky faucet when the taps are closed! No more water spraying from behind the escutcheon when they're open!

Rooter-King has treated me exceptionally well. Their plumbers are good guys who know how to finish their work cleanly and efficiently and their pricing is spot on. They've been fantastic about warning me if they think the price of some work will go beyond the estimate and are always clear about what needs to be done -right now- versus what can safely wait. If I need more work done, they're at the top of my list.

Had a leaking toilet, and my Mgr called them, they came out within 30 mins and snaked the outside line and fixed the trouble. AWSOME service

We had a clog, i thought was in the main line, but when Mark, the plumber from rooter king showed up, he realized the clog was somewhere else in the house. He had to remove my toilet. Through it all Mark was polite and clear. The problem was taken care of in 40 minutes and only cost 140 on a Sunday. Mark clean up the area before he left. Would definitely use again

Had very difficult under the house blockage which was spilling raw sewage into my bathtubs. Joseph arrived within half hour on late Sat afternoon. He had to go in from 3 directions to clear it & took over 2hrs but didn't charge any extra and had positive attitude throughout. Definitely recommend to use them cause I've had bad experiences in past with other rooter companies.

My family has had a relationship with Rooter King Plumbing going back over 40 years. We have called them for our homes and for our rental properties. They are cheaper than most, I'll give them that and the technicians they sent have generally been qualified. However, my wife recently called them about a broken pilot light on our water heater. They said the would send someone out later that day. An hour and a half later they called us back and told us no one would be available that day. My wife asked the woman if please, wasn't there some way to have someone come by at anytime, even that night. She could hear the owner, Eddie in the other room screaming ""No! Tell her no!"" Soon he was on the phone screaming at my wife and bringing her to tears. I'm sorry, there is no excuse for that kind of outburst to anyone, let alone a woman and the wife of a long time, loyal customer. Needless to say, Rooter King has lost our business, both personal and commercial, for good.

There are rude people but then there are horrible people that make you feel less and talk about the receptionist who answers the phone! ""Ohh I wouldn't know... Uhhh I couldn't tell you""

Great customer service. Call regarding an issue I had with my bathtub and 15 minutes later a tech came and fixed it and gone 10 minutes after arriving.
