Another 5 star experience with Rooter King. I requested Mark again as he has provided excellent, honest service in the past and he delivered again. Quickly fixed a leak i had in a recently installed copper pipe. Fair price, quick and efficient work. Will use again and recommend Mark for any job. Thanks Rooter King and Mark.

I had a mainline blockage two houses on a lot both of them were affected when I called around plumbing shops they didn't think their snakes could handle the project then one of them recommended I call Rooter King I called Rooter King in the midst of this coronavirus they came out in the morning same day The main line blockage for both houses in under an hour very professional mask gloves booties for their shoes they were well prepared for the coronavirus and took care of my problem at a very reasonable price I would recommend these people. Thank you again Rooter king you will continue to have my business.

This plumbing company gives plumbers their bad reputation for being crooked. My kitchen sink and bathroom sink was backed up. Danny showed up and said the trap looks kind of old. Then proceedes to snake the bathroom sink without taking any of my belongings from underneath the sink out. He busts the trap and all the waste water is now spilling over my belongings. Then says i shouldve followed my first instinct and just took the trap out and run the snake from the bottom (admits fault).he then moves my stuff on the floor where all of the waste water was.*why would he do that? He Clears the blockage and and does a really poor job cleaning the area. Then i noticed he moved some things on top of the tub and toilet after. He leaves and i pickup all the contaminated belongings he leaves behind. This is where things turn for the worst. As i throw away my contaminated belongings i approach his car and tell him they need to reimburse me about 100 dollars worth of stuff he and his company ruined because he didnt move anything from under the sink away from the bathroom. I know that its protocal because ive worked as a plumber myself years ago and thats what theyre supposed to do incase of what happened to me. Danny then LIES and says he did move all of my stuff. Why would i throw away my stuff for no reason? At this point his lack of customer service irritated me and i told him my two sense as i shut his van door. I now take the case to his supervisor eddie. Who had communicating skills of a junior high student. Its obvious that he lacks the communication skills of an adult that is a bit irritated. Can you blame me for being irate at this point. They ruined my belongings and danny denied fault.! Eddy tells me that in the 40 years of working as a plumber never did he take the belongings and move it away from a bathroom! It was no surprise that his guy danny did the same thing. He was taught by a peron who does not care for customer service. Now eddie the supervisor says his guy did nothing wrong and that if i want a refund i have to get the stuff out of the dumpster which smells like poop water and save the stuff so that he can look at it. UNREAL! i had to dumpster dive to prove my point. Eddie also says asks if im a master plumber and that the plumbing companies i worked for are crap. If those companies are crap then rooter king is double crap! You dont have to be a master plumber to know logic eddy! Haha Here are the FACTS...they did not move my stuff and all of the waste water got all over. I want a reimbursment for my loss. This experience was horrible. Lets see if they actually do it. It was entirely their fault. I will give an updated review of this process. Until then STAY AWAY! ROOTER KING IS USELESS..They will leave your house a mess and make you clean after the job. Eddy and danny should be ashamed of themselves!

Danny came out on an emergency basis to service a complete house back-up and he provided amazing service. He was not only super-knowledgeable but he was incredibly courteous to us the entire time. And the charges were fair and reasonable, especially after-hours. I've used a lot of plumbing vendors in my time and I've never been inspired to write a review of one before but Danny deserves proper recognition for going above-and-beyond the call. Will use them exclusively in the future.

I can't give anything less than one star. My kitchen sink drain plugged up on New Years Day and I called Rooter King at 6:00 pm and their plumber Mark said it was holiday rate and it would be $160 to unplug my drain. He further said to call back on January 2nd and they would charge me a regular rate at $80 and that there would be more plumbers working on a ""regular"" day. I called at 8:30 am on January 2nd and the dispatch did not mention a holiday rate and said the plumber would contact me with a time for service. Two hours later, no call. I called back a second time and dispatch advised if I didn't hear from the plumber in 45 minutes, to call back. Guess what? I had to call back and the told the plumber Jamal to call me. Jamal called me within 15 minutes and said that he was overbooked and couldn't make it out because he had 5 other jobs!!!! And to top it off, he said that Rooter King was charging a holiday rate today because everyone else is closed!!!! I could have gone with Mark the night before if they are going to charge me $160 anyways. Mark was available the night before. This business is run horribly and does not have the consumer's best interest in mind. In the end I went with Rescue Rooter who treated me professionally and gave me a two hour window that the plumber would arrive. NO HOLIDAY RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go with Rescue Rooter for future reference.
