A huge thank you to Rooter John and his team! These guys are absolutely amazing--skilled, honest, and incredibly professional. I had multiple plumbing issues, including broken pipes, stubborn blockages, and the need to have pipes under my home and garage re-sealed. It was overwhelming at first, but John and his crew made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, provided fair pricing, and worked efficiently to get the job done right. A special shoutout to George for going out of his way to help with additional tasks we asked for--his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile didn't go unnoticed! And a huge thanks to Leo for working so hard to descale the most blocked line. I truly appreciate the dedication and effort from the whole team. I called Rooter John late on a Sunday night and they had a plumber over in less than an hour. They snaked the main and resolved the issue quickly. The next day they came out and ran a camera to visually inspect the main and offer recommendations/options moving forward with the old main that I have. Their customer service was great and would use them again.

Called for a main sewer snake. Informed dispatcher it was a 100' run. Plumber shows up with a 75' snake. Tells me he would run the 75' today snd be back with the 100' tomorrow. But I would have to pay twice. When I went to call the dispatcher, my number was blocked. Tried calling from another phone, was hung up on. Then that number was blocked. A complete waste of our time and horrible service. I do not recommend this company.

My 2024 Holiday season started with roots in my house drain one week before Thanksgiving. I'm so glad I used my neighbor's recommendation to call Rooter John.

Would have been 5 stars. Had a problem with a front toilet that wouldn't take solids without plunging much of the time. Arranged for a tech to come out, and he checked it out, including running a camera down the pipes (difficult due to an offset cleanout - eventually had to go through a vent on the roof to gain access). Worked like dogs for 2 days cleaning what eventually was calcium deposits in the sewer pipes, using a mini miller. Included pulling the offending toilet for better access before reseating it. Advised that the toilet had some calcium buildup, too. Flushed the toilet and it still had a problem with solids. They ran a camera down the sewer and it was now clean. As I was gladly paying $1800 for the sewer pipe cleanout, they advised that I had to replace the toilet. I asked how much, and was quoted $650, so I declined. Went to the hardware store and bought a very nice Kohler for about 1/3 the price (granted, not gold plated, but perfectly usable). The hardware store wold replace it for $60, but I'd done this before and replaced it myself in about an hour. It works perfectly. I broke open the old toilet and found a ring of calcification about 1/2 inch thick from the bottom exit to about 3"" up the pipe, so the diagnosis was spot on. Excellent work. The only problem was the astronomically inflated price quoted to replace the toilet that had me end up replacing it myself.

We called Rooter John yesterday and they sent someone out that same day. Juan S. was prompt and quick to figure out the problem. He snaked our bathroom sink drain and it's working great now. He did go over some other options for the future since this is a recurring problem. We are very happy and would use this company again.

Had Rooter John out for a flange and sewer pipe in our master bathroom toilet. My husband found Rooter John from one of those flyers that come in the mail. I am sure glad he called Rooter John. Had the best experience ever, a simple job turned into a long weekend big repair. John was the 2nd plumber we called. He was honest, ran the camera from every angle he could including climbing on the roof to drop it down the vent as our pipe had a sharp corner the camera couldn't turn. Jorge was the plumber on site and was so helpful, clean and such a hard worker that truly loves his job. It took 3 days to replace our pipe from start to finish. This all happened over the weekend with no extra charge. They left my house cleaner than they found it every day. Keep his number handy as he is the guy to call. I called on a Sunday afternoon after realizing water was backing up. I initially got an answering service, and then a very fast response from Linda telling me someone can come out in the next 90 minutes or sooner! (Remember, this is Sunday at 5:30pm.) Their reviews say it all, so give them a call!
