My 2024 Holiday season started with roots in my house drain one week before Thanksgiving. I'm so glad I used my neighbor's recommendation to call Rooter John.

Would have been 5 stars. Had a problem with a front toilet that wouldn't take solids without plunging much of the time. Arranged for a tech to come out, and he checked it out, including running a camera down the pipes (difficult due to an offset cleanout - eventually had to go through a vent on the roof to gain access). Worked like dogs for 2 days cleaning what eventually was calcium deposits in the sewer pipes, using a mini miller. Included pulling the offending toilet for better access before reseating it. Advised that the toilet had some calcium buildup, too. Flushed the toilet and it still had a problem with solids. They ran a camera down the sewer and it was now clean. As I was gladly paying $1800 for the sewer pipe cleanout, they advised that I had to replace the toilet. I asked how much, and was quoted $650, so I declined. Went to the hardware store and bought a very nice Kohler for about 1/3 the price (granted, not gold plated, but perfectly usable). The hardware store wold replace it for $60, but I'd done this before and replaced it myself in about an hour. It works perfectly. I broke open the old toilet and found a ring of calcification about 1/2 inch thick from the bottom exit to about 3"" up the pipe, so the diagnosis was spot on. Excellent work. The only problem was the astronomically inflated price quoted to replace the toilet that had me end up replacing it myself.

We called Rooter John yesterday and they sent someone out that same day. Juan S. was prompt and quick to figure out the problem. He snaked our bathroom sink drain and it's working great now. He did go over some other options for the future since this is a recurring problem. We are very happy and would use this company again.

Had Rooter John out for a flange and sewer pipe in our master bathroom toilet. My husband found Rooter John from one of those flyers that come in the mail. I am sure glad he called Rooter John. Had the best experience ever, a simple job turned into a long weekend big repair. John was the 2nd plumber we called. He was honest, ran the camera from every angle he could including climbing on the roof to drop it down the vent as our pipe had a sharp corner the camera couldn't turn. Jorge was the plumber on site and was so helpful, clean and such a hard worker that truly loves his job. It took 3 days to replace our pipe from start to finish. This all happened over the weekend with no extra charge. They left my house cleaner than they found it every day. Keep his number handy as he is the guy to call. I called on a Sunday afternoon after realizing water was backing up. I initially got an answering service, and then a very fast response from Linda telling me someone can come out in the next 90 minutes or sooner! (Remember, this is Sunday at 5:30pm.) Their reviews say it all, so give them a call!

Javier showed up to my home per schedule and was extremely detailed and helpful. He was even able to point out a minor issue that the last plumber failed to catch. I did not feel any pressure or upsell from Javier at all and he was able to match the lowest quote I had along with taking care of the additional shower drain problem that he identified. He took 1 day to do all the prep work and the next day to complete the fix. Exactly like he said. He went above and beyond in fixing everything in a timely manner just before the weekend when I had guests staying over.

John actually also came out himself to give me the free camera inspection of all of my pipes. He was also patient in payment as I wanted to open a new CC to pay for the work and I didnt receive the new CC until a week after the work was done but John was cool with it and did not once hassle me.

These guys would definitely be the first ones I call in the future.

Great Job!!! Nice, Professional, efficient, job well done, didn't cost half my body parts in the process of price, on time, dependable, and kind. The owner John is a nice humble man with a great plumbing, rooter and sewer service. He is professional, and his crew is great. John came out inspected the problem and through on this jumpsuit went into the crawl space and found out leak and also our outside pipe had been rusty and needed repair we also had a pressure regulator put in as well. He had 2 guys come out within 2 hours and start the job under the house. They finished before it got dark outside very nice Kenneth kept me informed of what was happening and explained it all to me. Then Kenneth came back and finished the outside pipe. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with the job they did and they were HONEST that is most important to me. Price was reasonable and not overwhelming. I want everyone to know how HAPPY I am with them and say THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE! IF YOU WANT A GREAT JOB DONE AT REASONABLE PRICES CALL ROOTER JOHN!

We had a had major plumbing and gas issues! They came out and were extremely professional. Jorge was the best ever he was timely. They were clean they came in took pictures walked me through step-by-step. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them anytime I have plumbing issues.
