After having water back up in our kitchen sink and subsequently the laundry room, we called our warranty to get a plumber. The next day, a company came out and could not get it fixed. Niles was sent out the day after that and took care of it quickly!

Even though he had 2 jobs scheduled, he added our house at the end of his day. He was professional and efficient.

American Home Shield assigned Rooter Jet Plumbing to repair my plumbing problems. After not hearing from this company in over a week, I called them, no answer, so I left a vm. I waited two days for a return call but did not receive one so I called AHS to inform them of the lack of response from Rooter Jet Plumbing. While on the phone the customer service rep called Rooter Jet. The rep told me that there was no answer and to give them another day and if they didn't call me, call AHS back for a different plumber. Within minutes, Rooter Jet called me and said that they had received a call from AHS and ""what was the call about?"" I told them that I had been waiting for over a week for their call to schedule a service repair. He checked and verified that he had received a work order from AHS for my home but also informed me that AHS had taken Rooter Jet off of their approved contractor list due to workers comp problems. He didn't understand why AHS was sending him work if he was not approved. After a lot of discussion back and forth he said that he would come out on Friday, November 18th. I
insisted that he confirm the appt with me AFTER he received the go-ahead from AHS. For some reason confirming the appt was difficult for him to agree to. I told him that I was NOT going to sit around and wait for him to show up since there was the possibility that he wouldn't show. After insisting several more times that he confirm the appt with me he agreed to call me the next day (November 15) and confirm the appt. Well, today is November 17 and I have not heard back from this company. I called AHS, cancelled the appt and now, an hour later, have heard back from the new plumber and have an appt scheduled for tomorrow, November 18. Not saying that this company does good or bad work. It's just the lack of respect of their customer's time that I don't appreciate. Seems to be a common denominator in the trade of 'home repair.'

Call Rooter Jet Plumbing Inc, agreed to a very reasonable $$$ 125.00, and had next day service. They came with all the right tools to do the job right, they took there time to do the job correctly. I was given a professional expert solution/fix to my plumbing issues. The issue was given to me in terms I understood with future impacts I might occur until the problem is fixed appropriately with a new pipe, instead of rootering out roots from my front yard tree. They explained the risks very well should I continue with a bandaid fix, which I chose to do at this time.
It was educational and factual. I was able to see everything happening via their video cam.
Excellent work and will surely use them again
