I called Rooter Hero about a slow-flowing drain, planning to use their $77.00 advertised offer. They ran a camera and replaced a water supply tap that was fine when they arrived.
Several hours later, I ended up with multiple quotes, (the highest over $60,000.00), the same problem they were called to fix, and a bill for approximately $1200.00. After many phone calls this was eventually negotiated to about $360.00, and they promised to forward me camera evidence of work they deemed necessary to remedy the slow flow. That evidence was never sent.
Another plumber fixed the issue for a few hundred dollars and provided a very different interpretation of camera ""evidence"".
Yes, some day this MIGHT require a more expensive fix, maybe, someday.

CJ was awesome and very professional. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing issues and how to fix them. CJ, was able to clean out my plumbing line with the hydro jet service and I was able to see how clean the line was, all the way to the city connection. If I ever need plumbing help, I most definitely will call on Rooter Hero and ask for CJ!

After struggling with blogged bathroom and shower and going through a few plumbers I know I should call Rooter Hero Plumbing.
Jay showed up at my door, pleasant, clean, and with a great attitude. He went through the assessment and told me my options. he then recommended the best option at the time.
He also said that he would not charge me if the problem wasn't fixed.
I told him that I felt good about him and I knew that he would be able to fix the problem. I was right.
After 20 minutes he fixed the issue.
I am very satisfied and I will keep his name and this company in my Rolodex to recommend to my clients in real estate.

Our bill was sooooo high I could have bought a new dryer! Plus he left this two new connectors behind after he ""fixed"" our dryer. $17.99 each, he made us pay for it! I wanted him to pick it up and give a refund for it. NO answer from him. He took advantage of my old husband, (82) and did not give the company's 10% discount t.
I will never ever vill call them again!
