We recently experienced a major septic line blockage and contacted Rooter Hero. We were fortunate to have Eddie Antillon come to our home to help diagnose and repair our problem. Over the course of 2 and 1/2 days Eddie and his team snaked out our line , used a camera to determine that we had a major root obstruction in our line, dug out a 20 Square foot area 3 feet down, replaced 8 feet of root blocked line with new pvc pipe, installed a new Y clean out , descaled the lines from the new Y clean out in both directions and then refilled the excavated area to its original condition. The majority of all this work was personally performed by Eddie , a master plumber, who is polite, professional, takes pride in his work and is always a pleasure to work with .

I had a stopped up sink and I called Rooter Hero. They were extremely helpful and very professional. I had a Plummer at my house in less than an hour. When Leo arrived he was professional friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done. He really went above and beyond to do a great job. He was neat, clean and fast. In the end my sink is fixed, I got a great price and if I need a plumber again I know who to call.

My kitchen sink was backed up for a couple of days and I tried to see if I would be able to unblock it using Draino, bleach and plunger but nothing worked. I called Rooter Hero and they immediately sent Leo to come out and and take a look and see what needed to be done. He explained to me that there was grease build up in the line and would need to run the snake to unblock the line and within minutes he unblocked the the line. He was profesional and courteous. I would recommend them and definitely consider then in the future.

I had such a clogged toilet. There was no way I was going to wait to have it fixed and I refuse to use Draino, which is so bad for your drains.

I called Rooter Hero, they were here the same day, it was unclogged right then and on their way they went. They were clean, kept proper spacing, has masks and I think the cost was about 80$. I like this company very much and will use them again. At some point all the back house plumbing will have to be done. Now, I know who will be doing it.

Outstanding service! They were so quick to reply to my quote and I had someone out here within a few hours! Alexander was our plumber and he wore a face mask and kept his distance. He was very informative! He was really great! I don't give out reviews often but HAD to for this company.

I have to admit it's the commercial I kept seeing on TV that made me think of reaching out to this company first. I was hesitant only because I was worried it would be overpriced but they were reasonably priced! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

These guys hit a triple. Not quite a home run. They are professionals who treated the house and family with high regards during this pandemic.

Replaced the entire cast iron sewer system with my favorite black ABS and with all the finishing touches; scoped the system before and after, installed a main lateral clean out per code; replace some old galvo risers with copper for a bathroom basin - since the wall was already opened.

The price was more than what you'd pay for if the job was done by one guy. The job got done in two days with none of those little annoyances upon completion. The crew cleaned up and left the work area better than it was.

Why not a homer you ask? The bathroom basin sanitee needed to be replaced, but it wasn't part of the original estimate so it didn't get done. They offered to come back and do the job at minimal cost.

All around satisfied and would recommend them for bigger jobs.

very slow toilet, have to flush more than once, wasting water. Mike Ray (Gardena/Lakewood) locations came out, explained everything to me...
offered several options and understood my situation. I like the choice he installed, but more important to me - VERY respectful, clean, courteous, guy! Done in less time than expected, and all clean when he left. He was not insulted by my need for sanitizing and COVID worries.
I would have him out again if needed!!

They have a LOW drain offer so that they can sell you a drain repair. I was told my sewer line was broken 30 feet and was given a price of 5600.00
I'm so grateful I got a second opinion from free flow plumbing & rooter who said I had no issue.....

Poor customer service. The plumber broke the plug on the bathtub. I called several times before someone came to replace it. When they did replace it, it did not match the nickel finish, they replaced with a chrome finish plug.
Beware of Rooter Hero. There are so many other plumbing companies out there

Less than 24 hours after my negative post, a young lady called from the company. She listened to my issue with Rooter Hero, she apologized and said that Rooter Hero takes all complaints very seriously.
As a result of the quick response to my posting, I will give Rooter Hero another try. It says a lot to me when a company responses so quickly. They care.
