Don't even bother. This company charges double to 7x as much as other companies in Contra Costa County. I had 5 companies come out to assess and spoke to another 3 on the phone this past week. Most suggested a plumbing reroute for a cold water leak in the slab. All were under 10K except this company which quoted 21K without even blinking an eye. When I told him his quote was more than double he said, ""We throw in a hot water heater for free"". I told him mine was brand new, something he hadn't even noticed. They also wanted $750 for a slab leak detection. You can get that from $95 on up but no one quoted that much except him. I'd steer clear of these guys. I think they take advantage of that fact that most of us are a bit anxious, scared, worried or desperate for help when we get a leak. It's just not worth their price.

We had a sink clog that wouldn't go away, we called them at 8:30 and we're here by 9:20. Eddie showed up quickly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. And all done for a great price and great service!

when our bathroom sink was not draining properly. we contacted Rooter Hero to come and free our drain, they quickly assigned a serviceman to come out and fix our drain. Jose arrived within 30 minutes and went straight to work.

Called to get service for a backed up main line about 5:30pm. The coupon on line said service was good until 7:00pm so when technician arrived at 6:15pm figured I was good. I showed them the clean out and explained that it happed about 5 years before and this is the area that needs to be ""snaked"". You could see the leak and smell the sewage. The technician said he couldn't snake that are because it was ""dangerous"" and would need help. He proceeded to other side of the house and started snaking. About 10 minutes in explained that the coupon was only good until 5:00pm, but because he forgot to tell me, would horror the $77 price. After about 20 minutes there was no change and drains were still clogged. He told me he couldn't fix it that night, but could come back the next day with a help and would be $385. His dispatch was going to call me to make arrangements. Basically left me with no way of showering or flushing the toilet until the next day. Obviously that wasn't going to work, so called another plumber, (someone I never heard of), and was out that night and fixed the situation. A single person with after hour charges was $180 and was able to shower that night.

I hear this guys commercial almost everyday on the radio, and not only was the technician inexperienced, but had didn't really care that we were unable to use the bathroom until it was repaired. Also never received a call from the dispatch, so not sure where the customer service for Rooter-Hero was? Anyway, not a good experience and will be the last time I use a ""big box"" company I hear on KFI.

I was in desperate need of a new water heater. The connections and were very old. Eddie from/and Rooter Hero really saved my butt. ?I called three other companies and none would come out on such short notice. Eddie was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands and he was able to bring the price down to a number I was comfortable spending. He worked hard and was able to replace my water heater the same day. I was taking hot showers that night. I would use Rooter Hero again and am grateful that I overheard their advertisements on the radio. Amazing experience. Thanks Eddie and Rooter Hero.?

Rooter hero saved the day for us. Our kitchen sink backed up and my husband couldn't clear it with the tools we had. We called several plumbers but no one could come out for several days. He found the add for Rooter Heros and the call center woman said they could be out by 9pm ( it was 5pm at the time!). We were thrilled. They also quoted us a great price. Anton was our plumber that came out. He was quite and went straight to work. I'm a talker and got a smile out of him after a bit. He was professional, pleasant and got rhe job done. He cleaned up afterwards too! Thank you Rooter Hero for the quick response and we will definitely call you again if wr need additional service.

These people are scammers. Their main goal is for you to agree with them that you need a new sewer system installed in your property worth $$$$$. They may unclog your drain but still they want you to tell them to install a new sewer system after they brain washed you about it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This business is garbage they overcharge on their service and will lie through their gills just to make a extra buck off of your problems, Do yourself a favor and shop around at different businesses and compare prices before this business tries to rob you.

Even after I called this company, spoke to a representative who promised me to remove my number from their list, I still received another call today. This is one of those calls were your phone rings for a split second and it goes right to voicemail. Not sure what technology they're using to do this but this is very invasive and I plan on taking legal action against this company.

I had a back up at a rental, the tenant called Rooter Hero before calling me.
They came out to the property, and then called me saying they would need to jet the line to clear the drain for $950.00. After saying I thought that was way too much, the plumber said he could do it for $650.00. Since the tenant needed to get to work, and could not be without plumbing I consented, but I asked if he couldn't clear it then what? He said there would be no charge.
I arrived at the property, and the plumber told me he could not clear the clog.
Now the problem was a main drain clean out that would need to be dug up and replaced so he could get to the clog, and he would need to have an answer within 30 minutes so he can get his crew out and finish the job today. So I asked how much would that be? He casually said $5,500.00.
I said wow thanks but no thanks! I'll let you know.
I called my plumber, and he removed the toilet and cleared the main drain in a couple of hours for $240.00 with a 50 foot snake.
This company is a rip off! Do not use under any circumstances unless you want to get ripped off big time.
Especially seniors, lots of reviews about ripping off seniors too.
Don't just look at the first Google page for reviews, look further and you will see all the bad BBB and other terrible reviews.
