This will be a repost because I need to make sure I spread the word to the right company/people of the quick, reliable, and responsive service I got from this Plumbing company and more specifically, Anton - our plumber.

Our kitchen sinks water pressure has been wonky for way too long and when we reached out to the city all they said was ""the pressure is fine"" when indeed - the pressure was not fine.

On 2/9 - my spouse reached out to this company and by 2/11 - we were back up and running!

Anton, our plumber, came in and within 5 minutes he fixed and explained the issue and now we're back with our kitchen sink working at full blast!

Thanks for the quick and effective job well done Anton & company!

My years-long problem with my sewage line was a bigger more expensive problem than I realized, so it was not a great day for me emotionally. That said, Mark was very professional, he explained everything in great detail, and he fixed my problem while also preparing me for what to expect in the future. I know this sounds like a medical story, but hey it's clogged pipes. Mark was very clear and credible, and I will call them again.

My mother had a flooding emergency at her home when I contacted Joe at Rooter Hero. Not only was his reply super swift but he was willing to have a technician at her location within the hour, and it was an early morning. Unfortunately, my mother wasn't able to utilize Joe's service because her long time plumber was eventually reached; however, due to the kindness and reliability of Joe, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rooter Hero. I was truly impressed by his quick action, thoughtfulness, and understanding. I see why others have rated Rooter Hero five stars! I'll give them six!

Scammers!
They will charge you with ridiculous fee just to do estimate.
The fee, they say, will be credited towards the total cost if you decided to use their service.

The catch: they will give you a ridiculous charge that will cost you your entire life savings for minor work. Their hourly labor cost is higher than the lawyers and doctors, at around $500 per hour.

If you decline their service, they just made $45 estimate fee. Not bad for a 10 minute work without really doing anything

Multiply this by 20 times in one day, each time providing ridiculous estimate, and they just made $900 in one day without doing anything and by just driving around.

Stay away from this company. For minor work, just hire a handyman who could really use your pay for an honest work instead of these professional scammers!

Kyler, Rodney and a third guy (sadly I forgot his name) were very professional, kind and fixed our problem quickly. All of Rooter Hero Plumbing employees are so kind and professional, from the intake calls to well everyone have been great!

STAY AWAY TO AVOID BEING CHEATED! My drain was clogged with roots and the joint was fractured. Rooter Hero came out quickly, snaked and showed me pictures. They charged over $300 without even clearing the drain!!!
The quote to do the repair was nearly $10,000!!! I got two more estimates and found a good plumber who will do the job at a cost of $4200. Then assessment was $73. Meanwhile Rooter Hero contacted me everyday and with the final price going down to $4800. They would have taken $10,000 from a single Mom when by their estimate it was eventually $4800
Job. That's called price gauging and taking advantage. It's laughable that they thought I wasn't smart enough to get a second opinion...they lost a big job by trying to cheat me!

Our tenants flushed some wipes which caused a clog in the line. Rooter Hero was available and responsive. I very much liked the technician they sent. He informed me that he removed the toilet, snaked the line, cleared the blockage, poured water down the line to insure it drained, replaced the toilet and then the toilet would not flush. He told me that it's rare but toilets do go bad and need to be replaced. I thanked him and he left. I bought a new toilet and came home to replace it. I found the original toilet bowl needed to be cut free from caulking and pried up (meaning he had not removed it) and the 4"" drain below the toilet is FULL of water and not draining at all. In other words the technician flat out lied about the work he did. When I called the company they said they will re-send someone but the time keeps getting pushed back. They are now saying they may be here by 10pm tonight. I would watch them like a hawk no matter how nice the technician seems. As for doing what they said. REALLY BAD PERFORMANCE. I will not be calling them in the future.

I've had issues with my kitchen sink clogging since I've moved here in 2016. I've called other Plummer's and they could not get it unclogged. Albert from Rooter Hero arrived, professional and prepared. Very nice guy. He did some minor plumbing to make it easier to root out and did a great job. FIXED!

Easy to pay, paperless, communicative and HONEST. Affordable!
