We are in West Hills, CA. Called Rooter Hero, 888-929-4376, which turned out to be their Ventura branch. Our kitchen sink (a triple sink) was totally blocked. Rooter Hero sent out Brandon Noteware within 90 minutes. He was very good, professional and thorough. He honoured Rooter Hero's $77.00 coupon that we got off the computer. We could not have asked for more and will definitely call them for any future plumbing problem we have. If possible we will ask for Brandon again because he did a good job and was very nice to work with.

I gave them 5 star because their office was responsive they gave me same they service they show up on time and last but not least Mr. Brandon M. Finish the job carefully and fair so if you want a great Plummer with clean job you should ask for him.

This was and has been do date the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They overcharge and do terrible work. I had to have another plumber come out to fix the job they did

First I searched the web and called Benton's Plumbing however they could not assist me. They recommended Rooter Hero. The office was responsive as was their dispatcher. The gentleman who showed up was on time and friendly. Everything else was a bad experience. This plumber was unorganized and clearly did not know how to approach what was a simple fix. I watched him struggle for approximately 60 minutes and then paid him and cut him loose. It was painful to watch him work. After he left I called a friend who recommended another company. Their guy showed up and was completely done in 30 minutes problem solved! I thought about calling Rooter Hero for a refund but figured if they put untrained workers like this in the field they likely don't care about their customers. Don D.

Worst customer service I ever had...... I had to tell them how to fix my bathroom sink trap and they screwed that up, installed it backwards, because they installed it wrong they cut my drywall and found out they didn't have to, and then I had to fix the drywall myself which took me three hours also they charged me $480.00 the part was $20.00 please beware of these scammers!!!!!

I used Rooter Hero not to long ago for a trenchless sewer repair and by all accounts they did a great job, and the price was reasonable after checking a couple of places, and researching possible costs on line. So I was very puzzled by the estimate they left for replacing the main incoming water line to our house. It was an emergency because we had no water to the house for almost two days. I called Rooter Hero for an estimate, and luckily I waited. Someone was able to help repair the incoming water line for far less. As a matter of fact, we are getting an entire copper re-pipe for our house for what Rooter Hero was going to charge to put in only the mainline.

Get several estimates for your project. Not so sure I will call them for anything else.

Our technician, Edwin F. was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem with our drainage system, which wasn't working properly that resulted in the pooling of a large amount of rain water in front of our garage. Highly recommended!!

We had the worst experience with Rooter Hero San Fernando.
the main line on our property was clogged. They came, gave a price for opening the pipe, then they said they can not open it. We told them that we were having guests in our house in the evening and we needed the sewer unclogged.
Knowing that they came with very high price to fix the problem, because we were running out of time, we accepted, later the came back again asking for more money because they could not fix it and needed to do it with high water pressure.
It was a lot of frustration and incredibly high price for a simple job which took two people for few hours.
To me this is a case of price gouging under time pressure.
