I had a toilet leak in my bathroom and the angle stop stopped working. My technician Raymond came on the same day I requested help and help fixed the water supply line and installed the new toilet. I'm very happy with the result. He was very professional and effecient on the job!! Thank you.

This review is about Ryan Pambogo, a very classy gentleman at Rooter Hero who came to repair and install a bathroom shower system around the 5th of March, 2024.
Not only was he extremely efficient in his work, but also showed tremendous respect to us throughout the process. Rooter Hero should be extremely proud of team members like Ryan.
While I wish him the very best in the company, hopefully, his superiors would recognize and reward him for his talents.

Rooter Hero are true heroes. Plumbing issues in the middle of the night are not fun, but they were there early morning and solved a big issue in no time! Fernando was extremely friendly, informative, and ensured a job was well done. Our service required another machine which Steve brought and finished the job quickly with Fernando. Great team and everyone involved from the answering service to the dispatcher to Fernando and Steve, job well done!

Amazing job!! Jackie Hunt came out to the house and was so kind!! We called at 9 and he was there by 10. Unclogged the sink right away and was in and out. Only cost $99 and the sink had been clogged for 8 months!! Great reviews would definitely use again.

I've had about 5 different plumbers either don't show up, gave me an over priced quote, or just won't answer my messages. We needed both angle stoppers replaced and Israel from Rooter Hero came through and replaced our angle stoppers. Israel was great came on time, great communication, fair pricing and did a great job replacing it. We're beyond thankful . Great company recommend them 100%.

What can I say. I thought like most people that most plumbers will take advantage of you. I was so wrong. Chis and Bryon showed me exactly step by step what needed to be done to resolve the problem. The use of the camera was of great help in pinpointing the issues. All the work was professionally done in total compliance with city ordinances.
Also both men were very clean, professional and polite.
Bryon was of great help in negotiating a price that fits my budget. He understood the financial hardships I was going through at the time with family.
In conclusion both were very honest and I will defiantly call on Rooter Hero in the future.

I have contacted Rooter Hero after discovering a blockage in my shower drain line. The plumber arrived and immediately asked me if I am the owner of the house (in fact the plumber asked several times) and if I was given a quote prior the scheduled time. From there, I knew something is not right. I showed the plumber the shower room and the plumber inserted the cleaning snake inside the drain. After hitting the pipe's side wall and after seeing that the snake was full of dirt and hair, the plumber got upset and said my drain line (in general) is very bad. I got puzzled and thought that the plumber discovered the root cause of the blockage and he would keep going.

Nope, he packed up his tool and asked me where is the crawl space's opening. The plumber stick his head under the crawl space and immediately stated (or actually ""verified"") that the drain lines throughout the house need replacing. Plumber did not actually went under the house and take pictures, just sticking his head under the house. The plumber wanted $10,000 or so for the project and pressuring me to accept the quote. I asked the plumber how long does this project will take and the plumber stated three to four days. I told the plumber that I have to be at the house (to take a vacation from my job) to be in the house. Plumber stated that no one needs to be in house while they were working. That's a major red flag!!!!

I told him No and he left (had to paid $225 for a few minutes roto-rooter job and a quote!!!! ) Just for the kicks, I put my head under my house to see if I can see the drain lines. Nope, I saw nothing but cobwebs, house's supports, and floor beams. I knew this plumber was full of it and I will never, never hire Rooter Hero ever again. I am now out of $225 and a clog-up shower's drain line.
