Came out on a Sunday and was extremely helpful and courteous. Was able to diagnose the problem but was not able to fix it because it was not the home's issue but the community's water problem.
I would highly recommend and would use them if there was a problem on my end.

Rooter hero has been amazing!!!! My service tech Degio is a rockstar!!! Just bought a new house. The previous owners never serviced the tankless hot water heater, three months in and the thing exploded. Degio took the time to explain to me what happened showed me what went wrong(so we don't make the same mistake) and it's been working tirelessly to make sure we have hot water tonight! Thank you so much Diego for your hard work we appreciate you so much! I would recommend rooter hero to anybody who's in a bind and needs quality work done asap

these guys r scammers and will charge triple the going rates. my main bathroom line was stopped up called them out without running a camera inspection they called it collapse line. im fk retared, i agreed to replace at 13 thousand financing via property tax lien im an idiot. the removed the pipes and i looked and nothing nothing was wrong with them by now im in deep. i realized a few days later we had the floors done a few years back but one toilet was broken the workers stuck a rag in the toilet sewer line then put the toilet temporary on.

so the bottom line it was just that rag stuck in that line. the pomona manager is a bad human being with a bad attitude.
I really screwed myself I knew better.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I had a blockage in my sewer line on Thanksgiving morning. I called them and they came out within an hour. The technician seemed nice enough, said he couldn't clear the blockage, that I needed a descaling, but that technician couldn't come out until the next day. I postponed Thanksgiving dinner to Friday. The descaling guy and the original guy came out first thing Friday morning. I got suspicious because nothing was happening, they were walking around on their phones. I asked what was going on and they said they had to call their supervisor because there were roots in the line and they needed him to look at it before they move forward. The supervisor came out and was hesitant because they didn't want the pipe to collapse. I convinced them to go forward carefully. They were able to clear the roots, but there was a second blockage behind where the roots were and they couldn't clear it. Said the pipe was probably collapsed behind the blockage and wanted to break up the concrete in my driveway and fix the pipe for almost $16,000. I told them I would have to think about it so they left. I called another plumber my neighbor recommended. They came out Saturday morning and cleared the line in less than 30 minutes. The line was not collapsed or broken or in need of descaling. Rooter Hero lied to my face for 2 days trying to pressure me to pay for services I didn't need. They knew I had my elderly mother living with me and knew we had to limit our water intake to limit our bathroom usage. Also that I had family coming for Thanksgiving dinner. Just awful people.

I called and I was able to get someone to come out and take a look at my kitchen drain. The dispatcher was very helpful and kind by letting me know that they would send someone out and if I didn't like the price that it was not a problem. They sent out Luis. This young man was professional, attentive to details and knowledgeable about the process. Before he started the work I asked for the price and it was reasonable and affordable. The service that was provided by Luis and the rest of the staff was superb.

I am writing a detailed explanation of what happened and hope that it will help the potential clients make a careful decision about this business. I want to express my frustration, helplessness, and disappointment with the service I received on January 24, 2025. The technician, Luis, arrived on time and appeared professional. We were very excited to get a new faucet!
The appointment was scheduled to replace the kitchen faucet, check the pipes, and replace the shower handle.

As usual, the big companies do not provide the quotes before appointments. At the appointment date, I was quoted $225 for faucet installation if I had my faucet and $77 to check the drain. I accepted the quotes.
2. After removing the old faucet and pipes under the sink, the technician began installing the new faucet, but we noticed that the spray head didn't function properly. I decided not to install the faucet that I purchased.
3. The company offers faucets priced between $1,000 and $250, as shown on its phone. I chose the $250 faucet and signed electronically, assuming the installation cost would remain the same. Only afterward was I informed that installation would now cost $550, making the total $800.14--more than double the original quote. The technician insisted that he had explained the new process. The technician insisted that he had explained the new quotes to me. However, I knew he had not, as I would have remembered the new price of $800.14
Therefore, I rejected this deal.

Concerns:
1. Poor Communication: The technician failed to clearly explain the pricing changes and show the revised costs on his phone before requesting my signature.
2. Failure to Resolve Issues: The technician requested $185 for incomplete work. When I called the company and spoke to Alex, a manager, he assured me the issue would be resolved the same day. Despite multiple follow-up calls explaining that my family had no kitchen faucet or water, no one responded or showed up.

It is 6:35 p.m. on Friday, January 24th. I have been at home all day waiting for the company to install the new faucet.
We still do not have a faucet or water in the kitchen. We only have promises, so we gave up. We do not want to have anything to do with this company.

I am sure they will have their story and explain what happened, but I would never recommend this business's services. Be aware of their deals and prices.

These idiots clearly told me that they had no intentions of giving me a refund and now that I've written a review about them, now they're saying please contact them so they can make things positive. All they're gonna end up doing is denying me a refund once again. Definitely talking out of their asses just to try to look good.

Bad dirty practice with my sink pipe drain repairement. The technician trashed stinky mud in sink p-pipe directly into my clean remodeled white bathtub infront of me. I have to clean them in front of the technician.

He did not wear shoe covers in and stepped on my white foam mat leaving many black shoe prints. I have to wash the mat right away.

Left pipe dirty at my since bottom and sink bowl. I have to clean them out.

No value for the over $700 to replace a sink drain pipe. Not recommend this company at all.
