Oh my, these guys are less then honest. They came to my house and wanted to re-do everything. The cost was $15,000 and they would need to tear out everything. Something just did not feel right, so I went with another recommendation. The plumber came over and finished in record time, cost $89.00. Wow, just wow!

10/07/18 Sunday Afternoon I had a plumbing problem at home.
A young lady with good customer service took my information, with in minutes I got a text with the information and the name of the technician.

JACOB, he was extremely friendly and professional, showed up to my home, took a look at the problem answer all my questions explained step by step what he was going to fix/repair, reasonable price for being a Sunday afternoon and a last minute call.
He got the job done with in 3 hrs.

If you call Rooter Heroes from the Orange County Area for any service, make sure you request George Zavala as your technician. He is fast, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I, or others in my family, have called Rooter Heroes a few times within the last year for different plumbing issues, and have always requested George. Never had to call him back for the same problem. Can't say that about some of the other plumbing companies we have dealt with over the years.

Do not bother with them. Very bad at getting back at you and the job they do is not that good. I would go with another company. Please save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

We got a leak in the bathroom, called Rooter. The first person shown up seemed very nice with first investigation of the problems; he discussed how he planed to get a technician to come to detect the leak so he wouldn't need to tear everything apart to find the problem. Second time he came, no leak detection expert shown as said. So he took a good look, went to his van, wrote an estimate that cost near $5K to fix the leak. He called up someone else broke the floor (and dig 2feet down the ground to find no pipe or anything down there) , removed the toilet and sink cabinet. Then he called another supervise to come to take a second look. The supervise came and gave a new estimate costs $18K (including replacing the bathtub with standing shower) with some funny scheme which I stopped him mid way into his explanation; he even suggested to re-pipe the whole building with his estimate of $30k minimum (but the building had replaced galvanize pipe with copper one, some abandon galvanized pipes still in place, he thought I wouldn't know it). I went back to original estimate of near $5k just to fix the leak.
After that, their men filled up the digging in no time (no digging necessary in first place,) and put back the toilet. Then they spent roughly 2 hours to replaced the leaked shower valve and bad valves under the sink. So, basically, the only things they fix was new shower valve and 2 small valves under the sink (not more than $10) together with a new sink drainage pipe. That costs more than $4k.
They seemed to be nice in appearance, their way of talking and doing the job were not that bad, but their scheme of make the most money out of us is second to none.
