A gentleman named Bryan showed up on time and was as professional as any plumber I have ever used. He knew what he was doing and did it well.

They gave my elderly mother bids ranging from 12k to 24k without providing details, like on a hand written paper. They charged her 1500 which she paid for doing an inspection and telling her what she needed repaired. I called them to get details on what we would get for the 12k to 24k options and they never called me back instead they went to my mom's house again Uninvited and started asking her if she wanted to get the work started right away. Since it was such big numbers I wanted to get a second bid so I called another plumber who literally fixed everything for $2,400. Still trying to figure out what my mom paid them $1,500 for?? And what was she going to get for $12,000 to 24,000. Come to your own conclusions

Our technician was Mitchell. He was prompt and responsive. When we finally identified the problem, Mitchell came back to the house and took care of the issue (Leak under the kitchen sink needing to have the kitchen faucet changed). A process more complicated than one would think.

Jordan was the tech that serviced our AC/Heating unit today. He was very thorough and clearly communicated why and how he was performing each task. I have had several other techs who have done service at our house but I found Jordan to be the most knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with the service he provided today. I would give him 10 stars if I could. The professionalism and attention to detail were well beyond par. Highly recommended.

Scammers. They came out to our property and tried to charge us 6,000 for a problem, when we said we would get another option they said they would do it today right now for 3,000. We asked them to leave. When we had two other plumbers come out to find what the problem was, both of them said there was nothing wrong with the pipes rooter hero wanted to fix.
Always get a second option and do not trust this business.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!. On Wednesday, August 10, 2022, we hired this company to rooter our drains. They charged us $800 just to attempt the job, and then said they would need another $500 to conduct a ""power wash"" to clean out the pipes. When we refused the power wash, the plumber suddenly declared that the drain was ""too clogged"" to be snaked and that a power wash was the only way to clear the pipes. When we again refused to pay for the power wash service because we believed it was a scam, the plumber demanded the $800 even though the drain was still clogged. When the plumber left, we called Dutton Plumbing, who came out immediately and cleared the drain with no problem for $72. I advise everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. They are nothing but scammers.
