Jorge did an exceptional job this morning clearing a clogged drain. He is highly skilled and a gentlemen as well. Rooter Hero came through for us today and we will not soon forget that. They were on site less than an hour after calling and lived up to their word. Thank you guys so much!

This place is awesome. Their customer representatives are super fast and professional. Within a day, I got my problem fixed. I recommended technician Joshua. He came in with mask and shoes cover. He was professional and did what I asked for. The price was reasonable too.

I've called 6 times between 2 and 6 pm , not even once they called back to tell me any news even though I told them I need the work done right away because I was leaving on a trip . They kept promising to send someone. Now they CALLED to see if they can come tomorrow morning. I am so angry . I could've called another rooter.

I'm not sure how the have 5 stars on Yelp.
But, my experience was horrible.
I called them to give me a quote to fix a toilet. They came into the apt and told me to fix the ""mechanism of the toilet"" will be $680 but, I will get a $200 discount so, it only will be $480.
At this point I was saying that I will just buy a new toilet...lol
I called another plumer the next day and he came into the apt and quote me $70 to fix the "" mechanism of the toilet""
I will never call Rooter Hero again.
Save yourself stress, money, time and energy and call someone else.

Way back in 2005, I had Mr Rooter (now called Rooter Hero) replaced 30' of my main sewer line in front of my home to the city street connection due to tree roots clogging the line. A couple of days ago I had another plumbing company do a camera inspection that showed that the new sewer line connection in front of my house had shifted and needed repair. I found my original contract that stated a 25 year warranty on parts, labor and drainage. I called the now named Rooter Hero (of San Fernando Valley) to see if they would honor the warranty. They sent out Ken and Rodney (who were very pleasant to work with) who did their own camera inspection and agreed to have the problem fixed at no charge! That same day they sent out Gilbert (a real asset to this company) who worked tirelessly for 6 hours by himself and not only fixed the problem but also included a 4"" clean out drain that should have been included back when the job was originally done in 2005. 16 years later Rooter Hero honored the warranty and didn't charge me one penny.

I found this company on a Saturday night after our kitchen sink clean out overflowed into a cabinet and rendered our sink inoperable. After setting a time, I received a verification text immediately and peace of mind that someone would actually show up. The next morning, I received a call that the plumber would contact me and he, Joshua, did within 5 minutes. He showed on time, listened to my concerns, and dealt with the clog. However, the 5-star rating is due to Joshua's candor, honesty, and professionalism. After clearing the clog, I asked that he hydro-jet the line. He didn't have the machine so he drove back to his office on a Sunday to get the equipment. He came back and did the job, but the machine he had did not get the job done to his satisfaction and he explained this to me. I wouldn't have known! He stated that he wouldn't charge me until he was able to get the correct piece of equipment and properly clear the line. On Monday morning, he came back and knocked down the job. His transparency and integrity around doing good work stands out to me as uncommon and defines, in action, what it means to go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Our problem started when the toilets kept backing up despite continuous plunging, and a couple times we had what looked like waste water back up into our showers (not good). I considered Rooter Hero, as that constant commercial jingle kept echoing in my head, but I called another plumber we used a while back and really liked. So imagine my surprise when I realized I was calling none other than Rooter Hero! Turns out they bought out the other company. I didn't have to worry because before long I could tell we were in good hands. Joshua showed up and he couldn't have been more pleasant, professional, and dedicated. He worked really hard at solving our problem because it was turning out to be more involved and time-consuming, but he was great at keeping me abreast of his progress while trying to save me money as much as possible. It turned out my plumbing is good and updated but my main waste line was not. I was facing a necessary evil that can keep homeowners awake at night, but based on the fair price for everything I was getting, along with my experience working with them up to that point, I chose to have them replace 25ft. of my main line pipe for a couple obvious reasons they showed me. They were professional, thorough, and communicated very well, even attaching a collection of photos, including ones from the drain camera, with their final invoice for my records. And they were good at cleaning up. All their guys I met were great but I want to give a special shout out to Thomas as well. He really knows his stuff and is incredibly great with people. I really felt like I was in good hands with these guys and in the end I got fair value for the money spent, considering all that they did. I plan to use them again on future jobs without hesitation.

We just experienced a plumbing emergency which ended up flooding a few rooms in our condo. We found Rooter Hero through 24/7plumbing service.

We were contacted immediately and assigned a technician. Sergio Pereda arrived on time, was very knowledgeable of the issue, and was very clear in how to avoid similar issues in the future. He was professional and has a great personality. This is honestly one of the most pleasant plumbing experiences we've had in a while. Will definitely be using Rooter Hero in the event another plumbing issue occurs.
