I recently had Rooter Hero come over to help fix a slow draining toilet. My original appointment was for the 9-11 am slot, which was postponed to 11-1, 2-4, 4-6, and eventually rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Despite being given ""high priority"" status, the appointment was again delayed until noon. I would highly not recommend rooter hero for any urgent plumbing needs.

Very fast response, very professional, and trustworthy. Great value and informative; they exceeded my expectations all around. I had a sewer back-up and it was fixed less than two hours after I first called. Jorge (from the Antioch shop) was awesome and explained everything very thoroughly. I also learned a lot about my plumbing system. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had them install an instant hot Tap in our kitchen that I had tried to do my self and failed. They were quick, on time, and courteous. That night we had a leak that ended up being unrelated to their install but they quickly came over to diagnose and explain what had happened free of charge. I generally try to do my own repairs, but the next time I fail they will definitely be the first people I call - thanks !!!

Terrible service. Called them on a Friday to schedule an appointment for Sunday. Not only the call center agent got my number wrong (checked with her three times over the phone to be precise) and the agent on Sunday said they do not service my area anymore. Glad I didn't find them for service. Very poor management

We have been waiting all day for a plumber to show up to unclog our tub. One excuse after the other from these people. First Cole's truck breaks down and then there is a glitch in their communication tablet. The reason we even called them in the first place is they had a coupon we wanted to use. We just cancelled the whole thing and will use a different company to do the job. But we will have to wait till tomorrow because we don't want to pay overtime charges for an evening visit. This really sucks because this is a rental and our tenants have no way to shower until it is unclogged. But that can't happen till a plumber actually shows up.

Rooter Hero has colors which imitate a national-brand plumbing company. Their ""technician"" showed up when I had an appointment, and so I trusted him. He started by changing pipes, showing me a rusted pipe (which turned out not to be any pipe here) - and then a pipe with holes in it (also not one of our pipes), as if these were reasons to be putting on new pipes. Is this ethical?, a ran a snake 4 times. When my son got home and took him to the farther access to run a line, the ""technician"" packed up his truck and took off! The office stated the ""Technician's"" decision was to not do that service! We called another plumbing company, who ran a bigger bore from the far access and cleared the line. How are these guys allowed to be in business?

The technicians who came out to my house were great, courteous, and got the work done among some difficulty. No complaints with the guys who came out and did the work!

In observing their communication with the office and experiencing the pricing, it leads me to suspect that the people who own this business are greedy. For that reason, I personally won't do business with them again.
