Inexperienced staff recommending a major job that would have costed thousands of dollars but eventually fixed with using the correct size rooter snake.

I generally don't give bad reviews but this business really stands out in how shitty they treat their customers. I had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday 4-6pm. The guy never shows up. So I call in and I am given a new appointment for 6-8pm. Again no one shows up. So I call again and I am informed at 9pm that the guy cant come. Next day I reach out to complain and they threw some cliche phrases at me like ""escalated to senior manager"", ""value our customers"", ""understand your frustation"" etc. So I get another appointment on Friday 4-6pm. No one again shows up and after talking to them over the phone, they assure that a guy would definitely be there 6-8pm. Guess what, no one shows up again. I talk to one of the managers there and he couldn't care less. Their attitude was that they don't give a f***. The excuse that the manager gave me was ""other more urgent requests from other customers kept on coming."" Seriously, WTF. People, be aware, they will take your appointment and act all professional, but when it would come to show up for the appointment, they would send their people to other appointments where more money can be squeezed.

Rooter Hero plumbing was quick to come out and great once they were at my home. Franky was the plumber that came out and he was a pleasure along with his supervisor. Really kind young men that enjoy what they do. Thanks for coming out, doing your thing then leaving everything as though nothing had happened. They really value the customer and that goes a long way.

Want to give a huge shoutout to our tech Jose Romero for his great customer service and support during our drainage crisis.

Our house was fully backed up and he was able to help restore it back to normal. He even stayed late just to make sure we were able to use the bathroom as normal. Truly appreciate Jose's and his supervisors assistance!

BTW we had called/paid another local plumber but they were unable to help with our plumbing issue and recommended we call Rooters... So glad we did!!

Highly recommend contacting them directly instead of paying someone else that can't fix the issue

Upon writing my previous 1 Star review, I was immediately contacted by management to reschedule the work for the next day. The technician who came out was polite, professional, and performed quality work. They also kept their second appointment with me and arrived on time, and performed quality work. When a part was needed to complete the work, Ricardo Gonzalez went to Home Depot to purchase the part to complete the work that day. I will continue to work with this company moving forward for any HVAC related needs. I'm grateful companies of integrity are still out there, and clearly John founded a solid company.

Skip these people. Service is garbage.
I called to make an appointment at about 2pm on a Friday. I was told that dispatch would call me to let me know when someone would arrive at my home. I got a text. No time included so I called around 4. I was told the dispatcher would call me back. No one called so I called again. The dispatcher finally called me back and said someone would come at 6pm. So, now it's the next day. No one showed up or called so I called again and told them to make sure no one showed up because I didn't want such irresponsible business people in my house.

I had a great experience with Oscar. He was very professional and finished the job quickly. He clearly and understandably explained the situation and process in an effective way, also provided valuable hints on prevention of future blockages. We were having trouble with a clogged shower drain and had tried all sorts of shower snakes and Drains, to no avail. But then we contacted Rooter Hero and he came the same day. Outstanding customer service!
