I had a great experience with Rooter hero plumbing. It all started at about 10pm when I started to have my annually sewer issues. Service Technician Tony Serrano arrived within an hour, I was very thankful for such a quick response because I had my house full of family that was visiting from out of town. Tony stayed over an hour to make sure we were able to use the water that night, unfortunately the water would still not drain. I knew there was a problem because this company has been out here many times for the same issue. The following morning after running a scope inside the pipe we found out the tree roots finally broke the line sewer. We decided to go with the option to replace the sewer line in our front yard. Thankfully Tony's supervisor Juan was able to provide us with financing options that helped us out with the money part of the replacement. Tony and his partner Basilio got to work right away. They ended up staying pretty late into the evening to finish up the work. As they promised the sewer replacement was finished by the end of the day. They stayed a total of about 12 hours that day. The city inspector came by 2 days later and the dirt was all put back the same day. These gentlemen treated my home as if it were their own and that's what made me feel safe with them. I was very impressed with how quick and professional everything was completed. Issues like this are never expected, I was just very thankful for My heroes Tony, Juan and Basilio who were here to save the day and help me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is experiencing any plumbing issues. You guys are my plumbers forever!

In the fall I had Rooter Hero come out to check my sewer line. I was having very frequent backups and they were getting more frequent. they looked with their camera and said the sewer pipe was broken. The cost to replace it was about $7000 with a 5 year warranty. the plumber who initially came out could not provide the estimate. Juan had to come, Juan who is basically a salesman! I knew this kind of work could be very expensive so I didn't question it. The work took about a week and a half, they did a professional job for the most part. I did lose some plants but they tried to preserve as much as possible. the inspections were done promptly. In the process of doing this my cobblestone path was taken apart. The last day they were here they had a guy come to put the path back together. He was working until 9PM in the dark! The job was awful. My stones are gray green and somehow some brown ones got thrown in from somewhere and the cutting of the stones to fit was not done neatly. When I complained they told me to have the guy who did it originally redo it and they would pay for it so that is a good thing. Recently my water heater started leaking so I called them again. I had to pay $3800 to have them put in a water heater that cost about $1200 at Home Depot. Bad on me I should have told them forget it and called someone else. Highway robbery!!! and it was supposed to be inspected, it has been a month and I have not had a call from them regarding the inspection. I called them 3 days ago about it, someone was supposed to call me back and I am still waiting! I will never use them again-I feel like I was really taken to the cleaners!

Pablo did a phenomenal job clearing an obstructing kitchen sink drain. He asked good questions, quickly diagnosed the core issue, got a stuck cleanout cap open, and cleared the blockage. Everything is working great once again, and I'm super appreciative of his fast, friendly, and knowledgable service.

He also spotted a couple of unrelated potential plumbing issues that I'll need to keep an eye on and plan to address down the road.

I found damp patches on my exterior wall. After performing a drain inspection,Rooter Hero told me my bathroom and kitchen were leaky.I asked them to show me some photos, but they refused to do that. And they gave a price from 2400-19000,astronomical figures!! I finally chose to replace a new drain system instead of repairing, because there's no more better choices.
Meanwhile,I also had them to replace a new vanity for me after the new drain system had been done.There were two plumbers worked for my project, one is for drain system, I think he is qualified. But for the other guy who replaced the vanity, I don't think he is experienced and trustworthy.He spent quite a long time on the work and failed to do it well. He didn't seal the gap between granite and the splashboard, besides, the faucet was not installed horizontally!Later, he did fix it unwillingly when he and the city inspector came by my house to do the inspection.
BTW, I asked him to haul away the vanity packing which I've been keeping in my garage since he finished the work two months ago, last time he told me he would haul it away when he came for the inspection. But he refused to do it because of the lack of trunk storage.
My opinion, try to avoid this company.

Service Technician Jose Romero arrived within an hour of placing a request with Rooter Hero, early on a Saturday morning. I experience intermittent issues with my shower/tub drain and on this particular morning, the water was draining very slowly. I had tried to clear the drain myself several months prior and had lodged a snake brush in the pipe (so much for trying to be DIY), and a different company's plumber came and assured me he had removed it.
Jose used his powered drain auger to snake the line and to my amazement, pulled up part of the brush that had supposedly been removed by the previous plumber. He cleared the clog and was finished in less than 20 minutes. He was very friendly, protected the area in which he worked and even cleaned off the surface around the drain. I appreciated his professional demeanor and would highly recommend him!
Oh and he was also able to hook it up with the $77 drain clearing charge! Can't beat that!

Called Rooter Hero for our drains backing up. We used the coupon that we got in the mail. The appointment was scheduled, a text was sent to confirm the time, the tech called before arriving. The drains were unclogged and I was only charged the amount on the coupon and to top it off was given a 90 day warranty. As luck would have it our toilets and showers backed up again, 30 days later. We called again and were able to get someone out the same day. Their technician, David Sanchez arrived, put shoe covers on to protect my floors and ran the elect. snake to clear the drains again. David was very polite! They honored their warranty and did not charge for the service. We were able to use another coupon to run a camera down the drain to get a visual of the drain. Juan Romero the camera man, and David ran the camera as we watch on a monitor and low and behold we could see our 60 year old clay sewer drain, half collapsed in a couple sections. Juan identified with more equipment exactly where the damaged sections are and explained very clearly the work needing to be done. We paid the agreed amount for the camera detection and received an estimate for the work that needs to be done in the future to prevent more issues. Both David and Juan were extremely professional and took a couple hours to detect, fix and estimate the future work. We are so impressed with these guys that I would highly recommend them. We plan on hiring them again to conduct repairs in the future. Delightful guys, great company thus far.

Definitely one star only to be able to post the review. Don't waste your time and money by hiring Rooter Hero. Nothing good about their service. At the beginning they didn't finish our project and left it hanging for two months. When they came back to finalize what they supposed to finalize after two months delay, they said they had the last inspection. We checked at the city with the inspectors, and our case still open and no final inspection was scheduled as Rooter Hero claimed. They are super expensive with zero quality and horrible customer service. Their technicians are rude, the whole team never answer a phone call or even call back. They will give you so many promises if you complain to the management, and screw your project up when they receive the money by credit card. If you want quality and respect don't hire them. Management gives fake promises and disappear when you request a refund.

Called for a pipe leaking outside under the house that was brought to our attention by a rodent guy. Mario was sent out to our house.
Came when scheduled,found the problem and had his manager,Sal come out to verify the problem. It was a big job because it was a sewer line which required lots of digging and protecting my wife's plants.
Mario was as professional as could be and protected things even help save a 50 year old fruit tree. The work was done in a timely fashion and several others of the crew came out to assist. The job was done with as little disturbance as possible. I would highly recommend Mario if you are in need of this type of service.

I am giving 3 stars for the high integrity this company has exhibited upon getting my feedback and I appreciate that the company values the business and has keen interest to provide customer satisfaction. I had a leak in my bathroom that was due to cracked pipe and I was charged 1800 dollars for couple of hours of work. I felt that I was ripped off and I had to provide a harsh review stating my grievances. The manager called me next day, listened to my issue and agreed to refund me good portion of the money and was extremely apologetic. I felt that the company do care about its business and customer satisfaction. The work that they did for leak repair was good.
