I have used this company several times. Once again they delivered quality service. The repair man, Brian was exceptional. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner.

At this time my only concern is their dispatch center. I understand they were experiencing a new system, however please have someone that is dealing with customers be able to speak fluent English.

I will use this company for future services in the area plumbing.

My elderly mother called Rooter Hero because her garbage disposal was causing an electrical current in the kitchen sink. She had used Rooter Hero in the past for a clogged drain without issue. I called her the next day to see how much the quote was and she told me she was having trouble signing the E-Document for the $42,000.00 loan she needed to do the re-pipe Rooter Hero had advised her she needed and had already started work on even though the loan had not even been signed! I guess Rooter Hero was not worried about the loan since they had generously (sarc) referred her to a predatory lender who does loans attached to property tax bills at horrible rates. Since my mother could not give me any details about what she was paying for or any details on the loan I called Rooter Hero and the lender immediately. I spoke with the job supervisor from Rooter Hero and explained to him that my mother did not understand what she was paying for and had felt confused when signing the ""estimate"" for work that she was informed was the ""ONLY OPTION"". I told the supervisor that my parents live off social security and could not afford this amount of work and asked if there was a less expensive option, the only offer I got was a $3000.00 reduction if they didn't tear up the sidewalk to reach the city connection. My mother called and cancelled this $42,000.00 work order the next day, at some point during the day a technician from rooter hero and the supervisor I had spoken to came to my parent's home and had my mother sign an invoice for roughly $3500.00 for work performed which included disconnecting a garbage disposal, digging up a pipe and inspecting under the house. In the last 4 days 3 other plumbing companies have come out to give estimates for everything including a re-pipe they have ranged from $7,800-$14,000. They have all offered several levels of repair work in stages, at costs that don't require loan paperwork, apparently there are OTHER OPTIONS! All 3 companies also called the amount of work Rooter Hero did for $3500 a joke/rip-off etc. These 3 other companies are all 4-5 star rated on Yelp. Rooter Hero Co-Owner Michael West runs ad's on the radio, he basically talks about their honest work ethic and family values the entire time, what a load!!!!! So much for that 100% satisfaction guarantee! Shameful business practices!

Rooter Hero came to the rescue today. They sent a hero to save my day named Bryant, who was polite and thorough throughout the job. I will be sure to recommend Rooter Hero to everyone. Thank you for a great job!

I highly recommend Rooter Hero, and especially if it's an emergency. Great response time and price! At 5:30 pm on a Saturday, all our drains (incl. the tubs & toilets) backed up. After calling several plumbers, all with ridiculous estimates and wait times, I found Rooter Hero on Yelp. They called me right back with an estimated ETA of less than 1 hr. and also a very reasonable price. Frankie, a clean, friendly & experienced plumber arrived at my door within 35 minutes, and had my blocked main line drain pipe cleaned out within the hour, and for less than $100. Problem solved!

I had service done at my house in December with no resolution, after contacting the city in May, after going back and forth with your company, the city informed that YOUR company never submitted a report nor the USB drive to show my lateral was offset and that you NEVER submitted a claim from my address to the city. The city came out to fix the situation in 3 days and stated that if your company would have notified them back in December, the situation would have been resolved then. Due to your failure to notify the city and leading me on that you were handling the issue at hand, I have LOST thousands of dollars in rental income due to your companies failure to do what I PAID FOR. Either you can make this right, or I will be contacting the BBB and hiring a lawyer for loss of rental income, loss of use on my property and for what I paid your company. I also paid more for a service than any other person. I noticed that on your yelp reviews that I was charged more than others, double in some situations.

Great service! We called regarding a clogged bathtub drain. Bryant arrived at scheduled time and was very personable and professional. Price (we had a coupon) was reasonable. Efficient and effective service.

Andres was the plumber who showed up today and he was very polite, sharp uniform and had all his tools and supplies ready to tackle my plumbing issue, I was impressed. He came into my home and made sure to wear protective coverings on his boots at all times without even being asked which I was most appreciative of. He came in diagnosed the problem and made sure that he did not leave until he tested everything to ensure I would not have anymore issues with the plumbing. I will definitely keep using Rooter Hero if they keep having such professionals such as Andres and a topnotch customer service staff. A++++

Chad was amazing very professional and friendly. I don't think I've had a more pleasant plumbing experience than I did when Chad came to my house to inspect and recommend repair.

So to the story, there was a puddle developing on the side of my garage from what looks like a leak coming from nowhere to tell. He went on to inspect the leak and did some assessments. Turn out I don't have vapor barrier and water goes inside my garage and make a puddle inside. It took him less than 5 minutes to determine the leak.

As he proceeds he recommended many ways to fix my problem from the most costly but will last a lifetime of protection or the less expensive but may have to do maintenance every 5 years. I insisted on paying him for his advice but he said he couldn't justify getting paid for sharing his humble opinion or consultation. He said it was not necessary. If it were another plumber, i don't know how much they would have charged. I have yet to decide where to go with my problem but with Chad help at least I know and have a peace of mind that it won't cost me an arm and a leg to get his fix.

I don't think you get that kind of service anymore nowadays.

Unfortunately I've delayed in writing this review so I do not recall the technician that came out to my home, but Rooter Hero was phenomenal to work with. One of the lines from our water heater had a failed seal, and Rooter Hero was able to send someone out to take a look, diagnose it and fix it that same evening late at night at a reasonable cost. Admittedly they were not the first plumbing company I'd called, though they were the first ones to have someone get in touch with me to get the appointment scheduled. Another company called me two days later asking if I still needed assistance!

I would highly recommend Rooter Hero based on my experience. Thank you!
