We call Rooter Heros and they came out and told us we had a leak in our water heater. They said they could fix it the same day, which was great except they went to Home Depot bought the cheapest water heater under $800 then proceeded to charge us $2500, I tried to reach them to discuss the charge and they never got back to me. I do not recommend this company or their unethical practices.

Rudy Gonzales is a complete con artist.. We had a clogged toilet we were told it would be 180 dollars to unclog he worked on the outside line for less than 2 minutes and told us that there is major blockage and he needed to bring in a 50 thousand dollar power flush machine to clean the pipes out. He quoted us $1600.... And told us they offer financing haha... We called ASAP PLUMBING and they were out in 30 minutes and had the lines cleared out with a snake in 2 minutes. We then noticed that Rudy was putting the snake in the pipe that leads INTO the house instead of the main sewer line.. In other words he was scamming us.. in addition we learned that power flush machines are used for grease most commonly used at restaurants not a residence... Sad that companies like Hero take advantage of hardworking people... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Steven came out and replaced my valve in our master bathroom. He did an amazing job, he was super professional and was in and out in 30 minutes.

There was a mixup with our appointment, I thought he was coming out this afternoon and he showed up at 8am. Which was PERFECT!!! Now I have the entire day to go and do something, I love it!

I would totally use them again. Last night I asked for recommendations on Nextdoor I was given Rooter Hero's a lot so I reached out and less than 24 hours later, a job well done!

We had a leak in our laundry room requiring pipe replacement about 7 months ago. Rooter Hero took care of the repairs and cleared all lines (through kitchen, both bathrooms, and to the street) to insure this would not happen again. Today we had service due to a slow draining shower. Rooter Hero responded at no charge. They discovered an accumulation just below our drain that was causing the issue, cleaned out the gunk and the shower is draining better than it ever has since we bought the house 3 years ago! The techs are knowledgeable, so friendly, patient with our questions, and extremely professional. We recommend Rooter Hero without hesitation.
