I had an amazing experience with this company, they gave me the best price (I got 3 bids) for a brand new HVAC system at my house in Sherman Oaks.
They finished the installation on time and my multi zone system works great, their technician even download the Nest app on my phone and showed me how to control the system remotely.
The staff was always kind and friendly, and most importantly they didn't try to raise the price on me like some of the other companies.

Velavi is a very professional set up and easy to work with. We installed at our Redondo Beach home 3 ton forced air heat and cold system of Daikin. Starting with Luis Aguilera their Manager who provided estimate after studying our wall heater replacement requirement on the same day and negotiated in good faith. the estimate turned out to be lowest.
Their office staff Veliz and Venezia are very supportive and provided contracts and invoices with out any delays. In fact there was no instance of unpleasantness at all.

Very next week the installation started under supervision of Luis. Another expert is Jose who was able to guide his team and in many cases did the work himself. All the work was up to the city code. Jose also installed Nest Google Thermostat and no extra was charged. He got the Nest connected to my IPhone 13 promax. Amazing expertise. Another team member dismantled the wall heater and did the dry wall which was ready for finish. The team cleared all debris on each day for the three day period. Jose on the final day calibrated the heating and cooling. He explained to us all components and exhaust on the roof etc. we were more than satisfied to say the least for the entire process. I fully recommend Velavi Heating and Cooling.

I had a somewhat disturbing experience.
I had a technician come in and look at my non functional AC unit.

I did not know what the problem was. Once the tech inspected my unit I was quoted 1400 for a new ;
*Blower motor
*Blower wheel
*Ground capacitor

I told him thank you for coming paid the fee and he left.

The next day I had another technician come over. He is self employed and he quickly told me it was just a burn out part that he quickly replaced and charged me less than 200 dollars.

The AC is now working perfectly fine.
I advice everyone to always get two quotes from different people.

After my best friend's air conditioning went out and her first appointment scheduled did not show, I decided to be a good friend and help. I immediately looked up HVAC companies that provided service in her area on Yelp. Within a very short time, I had several responses including one from Velavi. They said they could arrive the next day around 12pm (it was about 6:30pm and I put that it was not an emergency), so I scheduled the appointment after verifying payment methods accepted. After providing the details to my friend, she was hesitantly optimistic. The technician Luis showed up during time given and provided outstanding service. He quickly assessed the issue and consulted with my friend on the pricing. After she agreed to the pricing (which was very reasonable and less than we anticipated), he quickly made her repair. Her AC started cooling off her hot house and she was very pleased. Ultimately, we were both happy with the company and how Yelp helped us find a reasonable and quick solution to air conditioning going out during the hot summer.

I had them replace my hvac system, went from an 8 seer to a 14 seer but then they found out that the 14 seer was out of stock so they upgraded me to a 16 SEER with a 3.5 ton for free! Their pricing is SO reasonable, I compared a lot of companies and Velavi was always the one to beat.

Brandon and Douglas were our installers and they were AWESOME. So knowledgeable and made the experience really easy for us. They even got the nest app set up on our phone. I wasn't even able to offer them water because of other construction in my house and they still did everything with a super positive and upbeat attitude. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
