this is my first Yelp ever. Rooter Hero said they were going to come today. Then they rescheduled for tomorrow. Then they scheduled for later tomorrow. Then they called to say they were going to be 10 minutes late. Then they showed up 40 minutes late. Spent less than one minute evaluating the problem, The gave an estimate of $360 price for an advertised $77 sink drain special! Made a lame excuse as to why. And now it's 4pm Friday night and kitchen sink is still clogged.

To be precise here, this review is for Rooters Hero - Sacramento, but I couldn't find them on Yelp.

If negative stars could be given they would. I got conned into a ""free plumbing inspection apt"".

They came out, screwed around for a while, then turned off the pilot light on my new water heater, left the gas ON, and their tools/lighter behind.

Their customer service who was promptly called told me someone would be out the next day. 3 days later and multiple text/calls and they told me they were too busy with other jobs to come back. My tenants had no hot water for 4 days because of Rooters mistakes.

AWFUL company, lazy, zero accountability. Call them if you want to find out ""fixed things can get broken"".

Once again this company came through with flying colors. We had a small leak in a toilet that they worked on a couple of months back and they had a tech by the name of Eric G. who did the job in typical Rooter Hero fashion. 100% satisfaction.
