I booked an appt for 4-6pm. The dispatch called me at 2:30 and asked if they could come earlier. I said no as I wasn't home. 6 o'clock rolls around and haven't heard from a technician. Called the service. 6:20 they called me back and said they could have someone here in 60-90 mins. Wth!?
