My family has had plumbing issues for a very long time. Finally, we found rooter hero and so far they have been great. Bryan Gill came out for our bathroom... long story short roots from the tree may be the problem. Right away, Bryan had called out another helper and have been working on the problem. Cost was about average, but no time was wasted. Very respectful when entering the house and making sure it was the right one. So far we are very impressed with the service. Fingers crossed it doesn't take too long. I highly recommend them. Best service we have had in the past 10 years! No other place was willing to get the job done.

Gave me an estimate for over $1,700 to clear pipes. Created a leak where there hadn't been one. I had to pay $200 and it was worse when he left. Called another local plumber and he fixed everything for $375. Beware of this company.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I was told my drain could not be cleared and I needed a sewer line replacement. I paid for the service call even though the drain was not cleared. The next company snaked the same drain in less than 4 minutes, removed the clog (less than 3 feet inside the pipe) and charged less than Rooter Hero. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of not using Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air for any plumbing or air conditioning services. Unfortunately, my personal encounter with this company was accompanied by dishonest practices, exorbitant charges, and unwarranted upselling.

To put it candidly, Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air significantly overcharged me for a relatively minor job. I paid a staggering $10,000 for a project that should have cost approximately $3,000. This blatant overpricing is nothing short of a scam, and I refuse to let others suffer a similar fate.

To add insult to injury, I relied on the services of one of their finance companies, GoodLeap, to facilitate the payment for the job. Despite their initial attempts to help me rectify the situation, they unfortunately could not provide a satisfactory resolution.

I implore you to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air's sales representatives, particularly individuals named Vanessa, Lou, and Jeffrey. These individuals are notorious for employing high-pressure tactics and attempting to upsell unnecessary services.

While I can acknowledge that the technicians who actually perform the work are polite and skilled, it is essential to cross-check the scope of work and associated charges with other reputable plumbing professionals. I assure you that, if you have enlisted their services in the past, there is a high likelihood that you were overcharged.

Please share this message with your network and spread the word about Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air's unethical practices. By doing so, we can collectively protect others from falling victim to their deceptive tactics.

Larry Martinez is by far an outstanding plumber specialist. I had a main water pipe burst, under my home, so I called rooter hero, pomona, and he was to my house within the hour! Had the issue diagnosed and a solution within 15 minutes and repaired within another 30 minutes. Nothing but absolute professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and caring. No charge for coming out and estimating problem, and fees within customary and reasonable. Very polite, and exceptionally experienced. I will call my hero for any future plumbing problems! I 100 % recommend Rooter Hero for your plumbing emergencies or regular work! Today is Sunday and it was after 3 pm when I called them and they never even thought of charging any extra charges! Fabulous!!

I highly recommend Larry Martinez. He came out to fix some plumbing issues that we had. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was willing to listen to all of my plumbing questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the quality of the work he provided. These guys are not honest and made me a fool to trust them.

A rookie plumber Dominick came in for a slow laundry drain, ran a snake thru a clean out and then insisted on getting camera verification. A senior plumber Dan then came in and showed areas that he interpreted as cracks and broken pipes. Out of urgency, he recommended an epoxy treatment and charged over $21k. He insisted that the work be done asap and scheduled for first thing the next day. When I asked that they delay a few days for me to get other quotes, he insisted that he was pushing the quick schedule due to scheduling limitations.

Later that day, I was part of a text string that was between the senior plumber Dan and the rookie plumber Dominick. Dan was encouraging cooperation between them ""to get their numbers up."" Dan then noticed that I was on the strong and disappeared the texts. When I commented to Dan that I had seen the texts and asked if they worked on commission, both Dan and Dominick insisted that they did not.

They arrived first thing the following morning and it only took them 2 hours to complete the job. Wow, it was billed at over $10k an hour. Nice business racket. When I finally got around to shopping the price, it turned out that the going rate for a 2 day job ran between $13k and $16k.

Boy was I the sucker. I will never again not bid out a job prior or be pressured by urgency. My trust in people took a nose dive yesterday. Please, don't get suckered by this company!

I recently used Rooter Hero and I just wanted to say how happy I was. His name was Danny and he was great ! I had a mess in under my kitchen sink and he took care of so fast and it was very reasonably priced. I was worried how much it was going to be and what a mess it was going to be. He was friendly and cleaned up so nice. I will make sure I ask for him if and when I need plumbing again. Thanks Danny from Rooter Hero!
