Our upstairs shower was leaking behind the wall, which flooded through the downstairs kitchen ceiling. It was raining! Cristian came to our home, on time. He investigated, found the leak, and took photos of the damage as well as the finished product. He explained what happened (a crack in the pipe solder) and what he would need to do to make the repairs and even completed all the work in the same day. Cristian provided OUTSTANDING customer service and left our bath and kitchen clean and tidy. It wasn't cheap but more than worth the value and quality and hopefully lasts another 20 years. I highly recommend Rooter Hero and especially Cristian.

Called and appointment setter could not verify any pricing. I have a slow drain. Was told a free estimate would be given, but Jeff the supervisor and his young assistant would not give a written estimate. JEFF stated he was already here I could not get a better deal no he would not give me a written estimate. Jeff stated that he had to climb up on the roof to camera and clean the slow drain. I was told $240.00 to camera scope...most plumbers offer that for free. I told him if the total price was over there $77 drain cleaning and it was going to cost over $195. I would like to get three estimates/quotes first. I also asked why climb on the roof when the four year old plumbing has two clean out points in the front yards. He said he could not find them...WTW? I pointed them out as I asked them to leave. Jeff was told I'm the property manager and I live here, he told me to call my father he could negotiate this man to man. If you cant find the clean out service valves that are required, then how good of a plumber are you??? I'm a woman and I found them. Plumbers may have to climb on the roof when the plumbing is totally clogged, but not for a slow drain. $550. was quoted for a hydro flush out as the new pipes are plastic. Be aware! Just because I'm a woman does not mean I use my head to hold my ears apart.

Our master dual sink was hopelessly clogged. Called Mike Diamond first, and their technician said it couldn't be cleared w/o a 'cleanout' being installed for $2700.
Our Hero Leo(!) showed up in a couple hours and did it with his snake skills in about 20 mins for 1/10 that price.
When it comes to clogging problems, forget calling the 'zeros' and call the Heros!

Tried replacing a Moen #1222 cartridge on my own using the recommended Moen puller. Unfortunately, it ended up breaking the cartridge in half with the other half stuck in the pipe. Frustrated and at wits end, contacted Rooter Hero and they came promptly the following morning. Giovanni was the tech that helped out and was able to not only remove the embedded broken half but also install the new cartridge. A life saver. Highly recommended and reasonably priced. Thank you Giovanni!!

We had the worst experience with this company and would strongly recommend not using them. We had a backup and needed an emergency line clean out on a Sunday morning. After calling, they showed up promptly tried to reset the toilet access to clear the clog. That didn't solve the problem so they ran a camera through our pipes to find roots blocking our main line in several places. They quoted us a pretty high fee to descale our cleanout. It was a Sunday and we were in a bind, so we just went with it. They also ran a camera and told us the main line from our house out to the street was is horrible condition , ""about ready to collapse in on itself "". To avoid catastrophe, we really should have them replace the main line while they were already here for about $17k( and that was a deal they were giving us and would only be valid if we agreed to the work within 24 hours). We told them we wanted to think about it didn't agree to the main line replacement. After clearing the original line, they had us run the water from both sides of our house and the line ended up NOT being cleared. Turns out that there was another cleanout on the other side of the house ""that must need descaling too"". At this point all the toilets, showers, and tubs were full of sewer water. We were now in an even worse situation than before they came. They quoted us another crazy amount to clean out the second side, but offered to do it free as a deal if we agreed to replace the main line. They were extremely pushy but we told them no. They finally ended up clearing the second side (for more than the first side)but gave poor customer service as soon as we insisted that we wouldn't have them replace the main line. I'm embarrassed to say that we fell for them in an emergency and paid a $4k price for not doing our research.
Fast forward to today. I had a reputable plumber that I trust( one that was not available on the Sunday of our Rooter Hero emergency) come out and run a camera to check the integrity of our main line. He insisted that the line was not compromised and DID NOT need to be replaced. He also descaled both sides of our cleanouts again( as they had some roots again) for about 1/6 of what Rooter Hero charged.
Bottom line: this company did help us, but they charged and astronomical price for a routine job. They were pushy and really tried to pressure us into booking a huge job that was completely unnecessary. If you look the company up on BBB, they have a ton of customer complaints. I know that I am not the only one that got completely ripped off by this company.

Woke up on a Sunday with a small leak in my water heater! Garage is flooded... After looking into options online, I found Rooter Hero that provided service 24/7 with great reviews. I am confident I made the right choice.

The technician, Jesse, arrived in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and helpful. After I explained the situation, he took a look at the water heater and diagnosed the issue. He was nice enough to explain to me what he needed to do. He had all the tools he needed and was able to fix the leak quickly.

No more leak! Fast and reliable. Price was competitive and fair, and they took payment via check, cash, or credit card. Service was excellent.

Would 100% recommend and use again! Thank you Rooter Hero and Jesse!
