I rarely write reviews, but the way my job was handled was inexcusable. I clearly explained in my initial call what my problem was - a clogged kitchen drain. I had removed the P trap and it was not there. I also explained that there was a clean out on the outside of the house that they'd probably need to use. However, the cover to the clean out was stuck. I expected you would send someone who could deal with this. The first technician got involved in an accident. I hope they are okay. They were already over an hour late when I called and was informed that someone else would be coming in an hour to an hour and a half. Well over 2 hours later, they arrived. He went first to the p trap and tried to snake it, which did not work. He had no idea how to deal with the stuck clean out cover. Why would you send someone that couldn't do that, when I said that was an issue? They called a supervisor, who was supposed to get back to me to tell me when they'd be over. It's now 5:30 PM, and I have not heard from anyone. As I have money invested (at least they said the $77 would be applied to whatever other work would be done. At this point, I'll believe it if I see it.) I'm hopeful someone will be here early tomorrow to unclog the drain.
Having not heard from you, I called around noon the next day. The supervisor, Alex, said no one was on the way, but he was trying to get someone here. I told him that at that point, not to send anyone and that I would definitely not use his company again or recommend them to anyone. He said he was very sorry and that he'd contact ""corporate"" to see what he could do for me. Three days later, still nothing from corporate. The next company I called solved the problem. I've owned a home for over 40 years. This was the worst home service I've ever had.

Talk about saving the day....... These guys really came through for me. I had a complete main sewer line back up and when Jacob Sutten arrived, I truly felt like my day had been saved. His knowledge of how to fix the problem was outstanding not to mention he had every piece of equipment you could imagine on board. My true hero !! :) Thank you !!

This company scheduled our first appointment and blew us off for other ""priority emergency calls""... ok fair enough things happen. Rescheduled for a Sunday and after waiting for arrival, AGAIN we lose our appointment to other ""priority calls"" they want us to wait even longer on my Sunday where MY time is very valuable.

Completely unacceptable to waste My valuable time. The free market allows people to run their company how they see fit, and Also me as a consumer can choose Not to patronize a company because they want to disrespect me and my time.

This company might have the best plumbers in the world but that means nothing if they can't show up to their own chosen scheduled appointments.

Sadly I will remember and give my two cents for anyone who asks me about a good or bad plumbing business. I will never tolerate this form of time management and disrespect from a company.

Also Rooter Hero don't try to respond to this review just to save face like you care because I left a poor review, your opportunity to save face was showing up on time the first or even second time, not to try and effort on the Yelp app.

0 stars! Do not waste your time with this unreliable & undependable company. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for them to show for an 8-10 am appt. Spoke to dispatcher & field rep multiple times. Long story short, they kept pushing back appt time, promised to show up eventually, and then ghosted me. This sorry excuse for a business did not even have the common decency to call and reschedule or apologize! I called Brad Roach Plumbing and he came out at 7:30 pm to repair my issue. BEWARE!!!

My kitchen sink was backed up on a Sunday. I filled out my contact info online and received a call almost immediately. They sent someone out about an hour later, he was friendly and professional. There was some confusion over the $77 online special that the guy on the phone said applied to my booking, but after a little haggling he ultimately honored it. Would use again.

We had a troublesome blocked kitchen pipe for about a week that was not responding to anything we tried. I used their $77 coupon and was able to set up a next day appointment which worked perfectly for me. The tech came on time and was conscientious about wearing booties to keep my dusty floor clean!

He listened to my explanation and then went out to use the pipe snake to hopefully clear the pipe. He came back a bit later and said there may still be an issue but was clear about outlining the next steps and cost. I wanted to talk it over so he left me an estimate. But thankfully his effort was great as we have had no issues since! Highly recommended.

Do not hire these people to do any service for you. One of the worst companies that I've ever dealt with. Had some keys flushed down the toilet and hired this company to help out with the backed up plumbing and to try to get the keys out. They came and could not get their camera through the toilet so they plunged the toilet to unclog it, but never found the keys. The toilet was unclogged for about a night and the next day it was clogged again, so I called them back. They came back still no keys just ran the snake through again and unclogged it, but never really fixed the issue. Once again had them come back the next day because it was backed up again. Even my shower was backed up at this point the whole house plumbing was backed up. I let them know that the keys are still in there backing up all the plumbing and they told me that the keys were long gone into the sewer that that wasn't the issue that there had to be more going on, but they could not run the camera through so how would they have known if the keys were not in there. after no success I was fed up with them and hired a new company to come in and fix the issue after I already had paid the horrible company. The new company came in, put in a cleanout system and found the keys right away. This company does not know what they are doing and just takes your money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Came to home took apart my water heater and left. Over 24 hrs without water and no response from this Company. No response from management no help. Just SOL
