One of the basics of business is do as you say you are going to do. This company failed here. Called yesterday morning. They were initially going to come at 7-9 pm. Yes, PM because they work ""24/7"". That's what the girl said on the phone. ok, so we wait. They called at 7 pm to say they were coming. 7:15 pm, they called back and asked if they could come the next morning. First appt at 9:00 am they said. 10:00 am they call and say they will come between 11:00- 1:00 pm. Rearranged our schedule twice to accommodate this company so NOPE, not going to happen AGAIN. Fool me once....... The longer we waited the less the option of using a rented snake on our own to solve the problem diminished. We were running out of time. As they say, if you want the job done right..... do it yourself or call someone better and more reliable. This review is for the Rooter Hero at 714-202-4643 or 949-313-7509. License #973014 There were several that came up on Yelp so I want to make sure I am reviewing the right one. It seems like a franchise with several outlets. Not sure if they are all the same people since the Glendora location got higher reviews.

Fantastic service! Danny Williams was so thorough and helpful, talked us through all the options and next steps. Friendly guy who I will request next time I am in need of plumbing assistance. I was able to redeem the newspaper coupon and saved myself some cash.

Be careful with these guys! Had them come out for what appeared to be a simple clogged toilet line...of course the simple $69 advertised rate quickly jumped to $250 to run a camera down there was our first red flag. Then when the guy was JAMMING the snake thing so hard (as if he was TRYING to break the line!) down there, that was a good indicator of a red flag as well. Final straw was when he said it'll be $5,000 to re-pipe the whole main line leading to that bathroom! Seriously??? We sent him on his way and went straight to Home Depot to buy a new toilet, thinking perhaps maybe our issue was the very old toilet. Guess what. That's all it took! We installed it ourselves too! No more plumbing issue! Rooter Hero needs to pay for all those commercials after all! DON'T fall for their diagnosis! Get a second opinion.

We had a bathroom sink that wouldn't drain. I tried liquid plumber, but that wasn't working. So we called Rooter Hero, and Ray Elizarraras came out. He cleared the problem quick, and he said since it was so easy that he'd only charge half of what they quoted over the phone. Ray was on time, extremely polite, and then he gave us a discount because it was too easy for him to fix. You can't get better service than that. I've already put his number in my cell phone- if we ever have another plumbing issue, he'll definitely be the guy we call. Thanks Ray and Rooter Hero Plumbing!

Scheduled for them to come over between 12-2 today. They called around 11:30 to say it would be 2-4. Then they called again at 3:30pm to say it would be between 8-10pm and asked me if that would work. Let me think about that....Uhhh NO. There was no good reasoning given. After all the city isn't flooding!. As far as I know they just grossly underestimated their staff or their time. Either way...I'm not impressed and will not be calling for help in the future.

was referred to rooter hero oc and was very pleased. gentleman named ray cleared a blockage in no time . he was very clean and thorough. would use rooter hero again .

Scam. All they care about is money. They came and ran a camera down the sewer and said they will have re-route the line for $10k. I had a friend come out and he said there was no issue.

I would have blown $10k, thankfully my friend saved the day. I will NEVER call these guys again.

Terrible! This company will prey on emergency situations to charge outrageous prices. Their technicians only do minimal work...the guy said he couldn't take off the toilet to snake the line because it would flood the floor. Really?? Our REAL PLUMBER was able to do the work with the right equipment. Rooter Hero said we needed a ""clean-out line for $3,000-4000. Also not true. They state they are a 24/7 company, yet when we tried 7 times to call them on 2 different advertised numbers to cancel their supervisor, we only got a recording and couldn't leave a message. Both times we attempted to use this company, their technicians said their credit card readers were not working for payment. Hey!! guess that eliminates the clients ""stop payment"" protection from the credit card company. Don't be a victim of overcharging for an emergency plumbing problem, sit on a bucket or use the neighbors toilet until you contact an honest provider. I will never call them again!

Omg! These guys saved my place from so much damage. I called Evangeline and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. Alvino came and offered me alternatives that saved me so much money. Dylan and Sean were helpful as well. They gave me options to fix my sewer. I know that they were not the cheapest, but the they had the highest quality workmanship and I wouldn't have any other company work on my home!! This company is great. I would would recommend them to everyone!!!!

Well first off when I met Bryan Waldren, he was very nice and friendly. I asked if he was able to take care of some clogging issues in the bathroom, he then explained to me a few things and I am very very pleased. Attitude is everything!
