My husband and I called on Sunday Eve and this company was so supportive of our situation. George Zavala was amazing!! Very professional manner, he got right to it and had our problem fixed FAST! It got better when our bill was only $77.00! No one else can beat that price on a Sunday evening. I highly recommend this company.

He was prompt, very personable, and very helpful with fixing our plumbing problem. no hidden fees. I would call up Jerry again if we experienced plumbing problems. Great experience. After being stiffed by another rooter service I called Rooter Hero Plumbing, based in Montclair, CA.
In just an hour ANTHONY SALAS, representing Rooter Hero was at my door (I had waited several hours for the OTHER service, and THEN they cancelled). He immediately diagnosed my clogged drain problem and fixed it expertly and quickly and even advised me on the proper drain maintenance cleaner.
The charge was totally fair. So, finding the RIGHT plumber is important; for me, Anthony and Rooter Hero worked out GREAT!

**TERRIBLE **I called on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday and was told that a tech would be at my house between 9-11. Got a call from them @ 10:45 saying that they were a bit behind but tech would be there by 12. I called them @ 12:30 to ask where he was and was told that he call a manager but would be at my home shortly. Called them back at 1:30 and was told that the tech had to make a Home Depot run and was in his way. At 2:40 with my kids going nuts from having to stay home all day and no tech in site I called them again and cancelled. This was one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever encountered, I would recommend finding a different plumbing service to use. **TERRIBLE**

Our rented condo in Ontario, California have a slap leak and need urgent repair, we called Kevin of Rooter Hero, he responded speedy to our rescue. He is a very kind hearted and he very patiently explained all options available to us, in order to save us money and time. He is a very well experience plumber, we strongly recommend his services and this company. Excellent services and fantastic price. Thank you for a job well done!

We were SCAMMED. We had a cracked pipe under our slab, cost for the work $8,400. Work included breaking up the slab and replacing the cracked pipe. They checked our sewer line just to make sure there were not other issues and was told there was a crack in the line and was quoted $4,900. We decided to get another opinion and another plumber gave us a bid based on the information we had of $875, but once the line was dug up, no crack was found. When we discussed the prior work completed along with the photos of the work he stated that he would have only charged a max of $3,000. We are a retired couple and this became a hardship for us. We would not recommend for anyone to use them. Be sure to get multiple bids.

Found out about this company from advertising that came in the mail. Contacted them because our garbage disposal was making a strange sound. They were very personable and set up the time frame for someone to come check it out. George Zavala called prior to arriving. He said that the disposal was working and that the sound was from a part that was wearing. No need to fix anything and could use disposal. He didn't charge us anything since he didn't fix anything which I thought was very good customer service. He was professional and nice to deal with. Will definitely call them again if needed.
