Sunday morning drain issue and I thought I would have to wait until Monday or at the very least have a very expensive weekend visit - not the case. Alvino showed up at my house in 20 minutes and cleared my drain quickly and give me a few quick tips to prevent further backups. Pricing was great and the issue was quickly resolved. Will use Rooter Hero again if I need any additional plumbing services. Job well done.

Just had Ray Elizarraras clean my drain. I called at 3 pm on Friday and he was here, worked and finished by 5:30! Love his service, his attitude. Really loved how clean he was and how clean he left my bathroom. I would definitely recommend Ray and his service.

Ok, now you've been warned. If you proceed with these price scammers, you're a bigger fool than I almost was.

Here is the story behind the price scam they tried on me.

The tech, Robert, came out to my house on a Saturday to clear a bathroom line in my house. I also asked for a camera scan to see the cause of the repeated blockages under my house. They found that the cast iron pipes under my house had begun to rust to the point that they needed to be replaced. They showed me pictures, inside and out, to verify the problem.

They said a power wash may help the situation at least until I could decide on the replacement of all pipes under my house. At this time, they also verified that my cleanup needed to be replaced in order to accommodate a proper power washing. OK. Seems like a reasonable problem. It was a Saturday, and they were prepared to do the work immediately for $4,595.00. Seemed really high, but I couldn't use the bathrooms, even temporarily, without the cleaning. (After the power wash, solid waste still blocked the pipes in all but one bath.)

So now, I needed the pipes replaced in order to be able to pass solid waste through the pipes. Their manager, Daniel, presented me with a price of $41,475.00 to replace the pipes. YES, $41,475.00. (I must have looked really stupid.) I refused the work so I could get other prices.

Three days later, I received a call from Daniel, stating that he had made a mistake on my proposal. The correct price should be $24,750.00. Wow. Still very high. I continued to get pricing from alternate plumbers, as shown below:
$5,275.00 The Family Plumber
$4,700.00 Care Plumbing

OK. Now I am really upset. Why are TWO competitors nearly $20,000.00 less? My service tech called a day later to see if I was ready to proceed. After I told him of my pricing, he got their Operations Manager, Nick, on the phone. Nick stated that he'd be able to do the work for $7,000.00.

I have been in construction for 44 years and have seen all sorts of scams. This is one of the best I have ever seen. They keep in contact hoping that your desperation will get a signed contract for outrageous prices. There is no way you can make an initial pricing error of $16,725.00, and later come back again lowering your pricing by $34,475.00 and call yourself reputable. I will say, their crews are very polite and courteous, just like the TV ad. But, I feel that is all part of the scam. They are trying to build a relationship of trust and confidence, so they can scam you with the pricing.

I used 'The Family Plumber' because they were local, and I've had them do work at my house in the past. The job was finished as scheduled and is very, very good. It is nice to have my plumbing working properly once again, and to have an extra $36,200.00 in the bank.

So take my advice. Call someone else!!!

Had the opportunity to have Jorge M. Stop over to take care of a clogged bathroom tub, he was tenacious and went above and beyond expectations to get it all done. Pricing was fair, great attitude, good explanation, and even offered to come back to run a camera to tell me where issues might be. He and Dan G. arrived and showed me the line via camera. They gave me some pricing and gave me options for the repairs which I declined since my general contractor was responsible for the repairs.

Only plumbing company that was able to come out for a very reasonable price on a Friday night for a Kitchen sink clog. Ray Elizarraras, our plumber, was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and even came back the next day to finish the job with no extra charge. Would highly recommend Ray and this company for any plumbing issue.

Ray Elizarraras was my tech he came out and was very professorial and friendly
I was so scared it was gonna cost me a arm and a leg my baby flushed a toy down the toilet and now its flooding everywhere ! so Ray came in and tried his best for about 45 mins to unplug the clog and no luck so he fully explained the ( pull the toilet ) to me and the cost in full detail . thank god he is so patient and understanding . we pulled the toilet and he found the toy and everything was fixed like new . he even cleaned my bathroom floor :) Thank you very much ray your the best !!

I had this company Rooter Hero come out to my house and boy, were they my heroes! I had a leak in my shower but I couldn't figure out how or why it was leaking. Dylan Moya, or should I say Dylan Hero Moya came out and fixed my shower in a very professional manner. He kept asking if there is anything else he can do for me and respected my home as if it was his own. Rooter Hero should be glad that he is on their team. Rooter hero plumbing saved the day!! They arrived on time and did a great job. Alvino arrived and was very informative and explained everything that he was doing.

We have had many plumber come to our home, but none of them took the time to explain what going as well as the rooter hero team. Dylan and Alvino walked us through the entire process.

Rooter hero fixed my damaged sewer line in no time at all, they were neat got the job done on time and better yet they saved me thousands of dollars in future repairs!! I would recommend Rooter hero plumbing to anyone looking for a honest plumber!!
