Super disappointed, scheduling staff was super nice. We needed a line snaked. I scheduled and set up the appointment for my mom.

9-11 AM window and they were way late. Instead of snaking the line they try to sell ""options"" to my mom starting at $5,000 to essentially ""pressure wash"" her pipes vs snake them ??

They tried to take advantage of an older woman and I didn't stay involved my mom would have been really ripped off!!!!

Technician Parrish did a great job for me when my landlord dropped the ball on a plumbing emergency. I called a whole bunch of places and Rooter Hero were the only ones who would come out late at night on a Sunday. I was freaking out because raw sewage was backing up into my house. But Parrish was extremely professional and nice and got the job done. Thanks Rooter Hero!

I found this company through Yelp. Contacted them for my property in Roseville. I had a leak in the kitchen. Their technician Greg was two hours late for the appointment (he got there around 9:30 pm). He diagnosed the problem as pinhole leak in the wall and said to repair it he would have to remove the stucco from outside my house to go into the wall to find the leak and fix it. He said it would cost $1800. Of course, at that late hour, I declined, I told him its too expensive, over the phone he started negotiating and asking me how much I was will to pay? The next morning I called my insurance to file a claim. Greg called right after I filed my claim to find out if I wanted the repair done. I told him I have contacted my insurance. He asked what my deductibles were, I told him $1000, he said he'll fix it for me for $1000 so I won't have to go through the insurance. He was quite pushy, I told him I'll have to discuss it with my sister (who is the co-owner) at which point he told me ""I heard your the bossy one, you can make the decision"" At this point I did not want to have anything to do with him or Rooter Hero Plumbing, I just wanted to get off the phone. I researched CSLB (California state licensing Board) and found a licensed contractor (G Construction) I called them, Luke was professional and on time. He removed the drywall under the sink and found the leak, he fixed the leak, patched the wall, painted, fixed the electrical socket that was damaged from the leak and the garbage disposal for $600.

Seldom you find the best plumbing company out there but I got lucky today. Parish is the best plumber anybody can ask for. He is very professional, knowledgable and honest individual. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Clearing my clogged kitchen sink was done as expected and recommendations were shared without pressure to the client. I have requested another appointment for a pipe analysis since mine was built in the 50s. i need to get a free estimate on possible replacement. Highly recommended company and will likely do business again.

A technician was supposed to come the night before. However Mr Parish rescheduled for the next morning between 8 and 9 AM. Mr Parish never came, and he never called. I called dispatch and they had no idea he rescheduled with me. And a new technician was never followed up with. Very disappointed with this company.

After I posted my initial review, Manager Greg Bray called. Greg made it his mission to fix what Mr Parish failed to do. He immediately came to my house, fixed the blocked drain, to my laundry room and kitchen sink. After fixing the blockage, he even helped me move the heavy washing machine back to the laundry room. Greg is coming back on Monday to power clean the drain pipe. I am updating my review stars from 1 to 4.

I will repost an update after Greg power cleans the drain pipe.

Paid these people almost $9000 to replace the lines on my house. Here we are almost a month later and they are not finished and the toilets are still backed uo. They have told me On four different occasions that they will be out the next day, and then no one shows up. When I call I get excuses about how their guy didn't show up for work, etc. If I don't hear from an owner by the end of the day I am going to the BBB and I will sue for my money back. I am thoroughly dissatisfied, disappointed and inconvenienced.

Curtis was my hero today... He was able to come out and fix my clog problem before my whole house flooded. Curtis was very knowledgeable and professional, I definitely am one satisfied customer and will recommend this company to anyone in need. 5

Have never been more unhappy. Called on a $77 special. Was told by Adams employee when he came out that he is pretty sure the thing that he was going to do would take care of my problem. I told him I didn't want a pretty sure . After about 1 hour he was having a problem with his machine and said his boss would have to bring him a part for it. I After another 45 minutes or so of not solving the problem I told him he had better call his boss Adam and have him come out. Adam said he would do a free camera check on my sewer line. Now he says I have a tree root in my sewer pipe and will cost $399 to find out exactly where it is. I told him I wasn't interested and that I felt I shouldn't even have to pay the $77. He said I was responsible for that part of it. He told his employee to run the snake in the pipe till it came out the outside drain and left. Well after at least 50 feet nothing has happened so I told him. to just quit. Now the whole problem here is a grease buildup in my drain. Whenever i use the clothes washer it backs up in the kitchen sink. When Adam first got here and looked at the problem he said well you need to run the garbage disposal when draining the sink. Can you believe that. Any way after all this wasted time of at least 3 hr, helping his employee cleaning up his mess putting my own pipes back together I was told what I probably need is a hydro blaster or whatever to get rid of the grease build up. Now my wife is mad at me for getting black grease all over her kitchen. What a day from hell!!!!!!

Holy moly! Colin & Curtis were the best on replacing my old galvanized piping to plastic! I've always had good service with this company. The customer service is nothing like I've had before!

I have an older home (1947) and bought this beautiful cottage 6 years ago and have been upgrading and getting things that need to be done. These guys never fail me!

Update #2: we called another plumber after we had snake problems. For $100 they cleared the clog. They did what Rooter Hero would not!
