I was charged for them not doing anything. He put his snake into the drain but didn't even try because he didn't know what he was doing. They charged me $77 for nothing and then kept my $3 change. My cousin was able to get it with a hose , $20 hydrojet attachment , and snake. They tried to charge $1200 for that . Place is a joke. Owner should have done the right thing and gave me my money back. Zero stars if I could. I guess I should have looked at reviews first because they close to only 2 stars

David was very pleasant and went to work on taking care of the problem. He was very considerate with removing the items under the sink, and putting them back. I highly recommend rooter Hero.
They also replace my pipes under the house some time ago, and did a great job. I am 88 years of age and have had many plumbers in my years, and my go to plumber going foward is Rooter Hero plumbing.

We requested a simple rooter service for a kitchen sink that backed up to a bathroom sink. The person sent out broke the pipe and did not have the expertise to fix it so we hired someone to come out and fix the pipe. Since Rooter Hero had charged us for the drain cleaning and have a guarantee we called back on Saturday after the pipe was fixed to have someone come and clear the drain. Based on the multiple calls, we were told that the technician who came out previously was off and they refused to send anyone until Monday. We asked to speak to a supervisor 3 times to escalate the service request and was finally told that because we were being so demanding that they would not honor the warranty. I asked for a call back on Monday from the manager and a refund of the initial invoice. I never received a call back from the manager after 3 additional requests. I finally did get a refund. I see in other reviews that they seem to target elderly people, cause issues, and then try to charge large amounts to fix them. I think this is unethical and I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.?

Friendly .Courtesous. responded quickly to my needs. Telephone operators were courteous, except for the first person I spoke with. I thought she was rude. But overall experience was very good

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I know first hand that the bosses instruct the techs to lie to the customers about the work that needs to be done so that they make more money!! They are only out for money PERIOD! Go somewhere else

Jimmy and Jarid also completed the final stage of our plumbing fix and worked quickly to resolve so that we could return to our home. They probably did a good job by replacing all the pipe under my house, but they are WAY to expensive. They charged me almost $19k and my fault was, I panickinand didn't get other quotes. I hired the first company that went to see the plumbing problem I have.

I used this company to have my broken disposal replaced. They charged me an exorbitant amount of $, and the staff actually caused some other plumbing issues while they were here. They caused leaks in my pipes and caused water to spew all over my kitchen when I ran my dishwasher, forcing the plumber to come back to my home 2 extra times and spend hours here fixing issues he caused.

This company is a total and complete scam. They got us for $3000 to fix a clogged sewer line acting like we saved all kinds of money. When they were all done, there was a large root ball still in the sewer line. They said the only way it could be fixed was to replace the whole line. They were in our sewer line with a high-powered jet and they could've knocked that rootball out and they didn't in order to give us a quote for $7000 or more to replace the entire sewer line. We got the root ball knocked out for $600.
