If I could give them zero stars I would!! We had a sink leak and called them to come out the same day which they were successful doing. Once they got there they evaluated the area and quoted us 3800 to fix p trap and pop up assembly and stated all this other work needed to be done! Horrible!! We called out affordable plumbing and they completed the project today for a little over 300 dollars!! BE AWARE

I had a similar experience as a lot of other reviewers. I called Rooter on the weekend in the evening because they were listed as having emergency services and we had water spraying out of a valve behind the washing machine. They told me someone could come out between 9 am and 11 am the next day. So the next day they confirmed someone would be coming. At 10:50, I called asking for an ETA on the technician. They said they would contact dispatch and have someone call me. No one called. At about 12 pm I called back and they said the same thing. The technician showed up just before 1 pm. He looked at the valve and said he had to call his supervisor for a quote on repair. They quoted $1100 saying that they might have to open up the drywall to get to the pipes. He then said he had to have his installer go get the parts and then come over and that it would be about 2 hours. We said ok because we didn't know what else to do. After 3 hours of waiting, I called and asked for an ETA. I was once again told that they would send to dispatch and have someone contact me. No one did. I called back 30 minutes later and they said someone would call me any minute. Then the first technician called and said his installer would be there within the hour. Another hour passed and still nothing. I called back and they said that they weren't sure what was going on since two different technicians were assigned. I finally said to forget it and to cancel since the entire day was wasted waiting on these people. The guy on the phone said ok and hung up. Didn't offer any kind of solution or help. Then the repair guy showed up 30 minutes later. No one had communicated to him that we had canceled. We said no to services as I had already contacted another company. I am thankful we canceled because the other company did the repair at a fraction of the cost, without opening up our wall. This company seems to scam people.

This is one of the worse company's very unprofessional, workers were hitting vapes inside my house and have absolutely no care for things in your house. These dudes charged my friend 100k for a pipeburst that was 60 feet long. A 60 foot pipeburst runs no more then 20k they scam and these people do not care about what they do at ur house.

A week later I'm still fuming about being taken. Over the past 34 years owning my home, I've had companies clear the sewer from the cleanout. I hadn't done it in quite a while as it seemed that removing some trees had cured it, but let them know that and what needed to be done. First thing that had me puzzled was his insistence on getting under the house to see the pipes. He showed me a little bit of old drips on my 1958 pipe. I told him I have a contractor who does these things when I need them. Then when he got to doing what I had asked to have done, a 2nd person showed up, not to help but I'm sure how to advise taking me for what they could. He ultimately went about 50' and stopped, saying the water wasn't going down. I told him he needed to take it all the way to the street, reminding him I've done this many times over the years. At that point he went and hung out at the other guy's van for a while, and then came back with the word that I'd need to have a high pressure water job for $1600. I told him no, he wasn't interested in finishing the job with what he had, took my money and left. That evening I got my general contractor to come over who easily reamed it out for me in less than an hour. I complained by phone and filled out the review they asked me for, and yet no response, and they cashed my check. Super shady, especially when I kept telling him what I needed him to do. He wasn't willing to just ream it out for me. There must be a lot of pressure to up-sell, otherwise there was no need for a 2nd guy to come around. I'm sure it was all about the gouging they thought they could do. I gave up on having them contact me when they cashed my check, so I'm sharing to save others from these scammers. Beware!

Writing an update - I finally got a call a few days after posting this and want to relate that I was offered a full refund which came today. I am glad to say this worked out.

BEWARE!!! Never call this company ... NEVER...! They scammed me for $23410 for replacing the sewer line and bound me by signing a Three Day right to cancel waiver.

So we have two bathrooms , both were clogged. The guys came in next morning and said they snaked in the pipes to figure out what's the problem. First the quoted me around $8000 for cutting concrete in the driveway and where they believed the clogging was then they suggested that the entire pipeline from driveway upto the street sewer system, needs to be replaced. I panicked and accepted the contract since I didn't know that the amount is ridiculous for this job. I was uninformed and ignorant and they took advantage of that. After giving the estimate and approving for the job, they also made me sign a Three Day right to Cancel waiver so i could not back out. When I opted to cancel me the same day, they scared with that waiver saying it might have legal consequences. I had to get the job done and now I owe this company more than $23000. This is a scammer company and I feel victim. Not sure how I'm going to pay.

Never call this company.

They are always responsive when I ask for quotes here on Yelp. They did the job and we're happy with what we got. We will continue to use them.

They tried to get me to replace piping for my house when all we needed was our toilet reset. If the service guy says the boss needs to come out, RUN. Or better yet call another plumber.

Just got quoted over $700 to replace a thermocouple on a water heater.
The part is about $15 and the time to replace is about an hour. Go figure. Third time we got a very inflated estimate.
