After calling out another company who did not give us a good feeling, we call Rooter Hero on a recommendation. Never again! A backed up sewer line turned into a major repair. New septic lines from the main house and cottage and new leech lines. We felt we had no other option with no working septic system. We were told the job would take 5 days, that turned into 2 weeks. The cew onsite was often MIA and incompetent, I don't think they worked an 8 hour day the entire time. Parts of the job promised were forgotten and the lead had to be reminded several times. Even with a couple calls to the owner, by the time the crew was done, we had broken sprinkler lines, inches of dust everywhere, tree limbs hanging from tress, garbage left around a very choppy uneven grade and cleanouts left 2 feet above the ground. After another call to the owner a new crew was sent out to clean up the mess. That time the garbage was cleaned up and my freshly painted house was pressured wash along with everything on the back patio! Who hoses down freezers and a particle board storage cabinet and lets water soak into a cardboard box (which happened to be full of electronics)! After another call to the owner and a site visit, we thought he was going to make things right. Boy were we wrong, he was full of broken promises! I would never recommend this company, it was a nightmare for 2 weeks and we are still cleaning up after them! Not to mention, after talking with others we feel we paid way too much for the job. And here were are 2 weeks after they finished and we are still finding damage. Someone from corporate, we are assuming, tried to reach us but never followed up. Stay away from this company! Beware!

This place is awful! I was told I had a slab leak and that it would cost me 25,000 dollars! The Tech Gregory was a fast talker and had me convinced to get a loan through a company that he recommended! Luckily there was a glitch with the credit not going through! I got second estimate of 4,500 dollars from another plumber BUT then because my floors were damaged I had to have homeowners come in and long story short there never was a leak it ending up being my HVAC which was fixed for 234 dollars! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

The project that I wanted their help with was to replace the current value and faucet ( seen attached) with a new one from Lowe's. The Peerless setup is similar to what I currently have, but newer than the 1976 model you see here. Spent $119 on the new hardware.

I have no idea on the quality of work that they do. Their technician was polite and wore a mask during the pandemic (kudos). However, he first suggested removing the hot water heater to get to the value. Next, after conferring with his boss, they suggested cutting into the tile.

I would have been fine with cutting into the tile, but they were going to insist that they use their own valve and cut a large hole; larger that the shield already in the box. All of this would be at a cost of $2500 for the estimate. I kindly thanked him but send that was way too much.

Rooter Hero was charging me $10,000 to take out a kitchen sink and pipes under the sink and put in a new sink and pipes under the sink. I got another plumber to put in the new sink and pipes for $900 so the real price is $1,800, not $10,000. And they do bad work. The sink is too big, sticks way out. They should have measured the sink and bought the right sized sink rather than buying one they bought before for another job, which is what they told me they were doing. And, they charged me $1,500 for the sink, now I see the highest priced sink similar is $400. They did not show me a receipt for the sink and they charged me $1,500 for the sink. They charged me $2,000 to replace the sprinkler pump and now I found out the parts cost $60. And the lawn is dead, they did not set the sprinkler to go on for the front lawn. They do horrible work, they charge 4-5 times the real price and when you cut the job they stop working immediately, all of their promises to do things stop. Charging $2,000 to fix a sprinkler pump and they didn't set up the sprinklers but they said they would.

I am not a yelp reviewer, but these gentlemen Eric M and Richard from RH were exceptional. We had a really gross sink line clog with grease hair rubber bands and plastic omg and the first plumber we had come over; he couldn't figure it out...after bunch a run around calls and failed attempts myself I called RH the company's response time was super fast and they provided a clear quote and showed up on time and completed the job promptly at the agreed-upon price

save yourself the hassle of dealing with plumbers that don't know what they're doing if you have a problem problem stop scrolling give RH a call but make sure you ask for Eric M. and Richard they'll get it solved!

I hired Rooter Hero Plumbing to instal a over-counter bathroom basin, new faucet and all the hook-ups. Troy was GREAT! Skilled, knowledgeable and problem-solving. Cost was fair and the finished project is exceptional. He also brought in a partner to install the glass shower door. Again excellent workmanship. I would recommend this company to anyone who has household plumbing and other construction needs. They go out of their way for you.

Called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday for a clogged sewer line. Jeremy and Angel came out, they were friendly, worked fast, and they snaked the drain and cleared the problem. They even took the time to clean up some of the debris that was around the drain. Would definitely use them again.

I had a tech come in from Rooter Hero Plumbing and I was super busy with a meeting in another room, kids all over the place and I directed him to the bathtub where service was needed. I am only rating a 0 as the tech did not wear any gloves, shoe covers and not even a mask. Very unprofessional during this pandemic and I had to tell him no and ended up sanitizing my house for the rest of the day. My husband was pretty upset with me! Way over priced as well.
