Horrible . Cannot recommend. 4 visits to unclog a toilet with just toilet paper in it???? Are they licensed plumbers ??

Used them a year ago for a kitchen drain. They were prompt and polite. The drain was cleared and I got talked into a jetting to clear the rest of the drain. 2-year warrant. So this month when the same drain backed up, I called based on warranty. Again, prompt and polite but now a new bigger problem. It required permits and drain replacement. I have a very old house so it was needed. 5-year warranty. The problem wasn't quality, it was communication and lack if coordination. There were at least 4 different workers doing different pieces of the job. It took way longer than necessary.

The biggest crooks, ever I have ever seen in a plumbing business. These guys can get the award they wanted to charge me $1800 for one hour job without giving any supply and I had all the supplies.

I liked the ads on KFI radio and the name was easy to remember.
We had a leak under the kitchen sink. I had a plastic tub under the leak and had to dump it daily.
On 8/18 I called Rooter Hero and was given an appointment for the same day. The service rep was almost on time and took photos of the situation then went to his truck to prepare a 7-page written estimate.

Yes, you read that right, almost $700 to fix a leak under the kitchen sink.
I am 80 years old and I guess some elderly people might fall for that but I paid the required $49.00 for the estimate and called a local handyman we had used before.
Local Handyman's charge to fix the leak:
Part $20.00
Labor $100.00
Labor agreed before the work was done.
Total time 20 minutes (of course he did have some drive time but this is the total time to install the P trap and the strainer basket).
I would never call this company again for anything. I should have read the review by P Marshall before I called them.

What a terrific service. Had a technician out within an hour! Cleared my main sewer line quickly. Polite, knowledgeable and customer-orientated. Everything was cleaned up. The whole process took less than 2 hours from initial call for help to job done and paid for!

Kitchen sink clogged. Wanted $1600 to clear the line. When I said no to that offered to try a simple snake but refused to honor the coupon for$77 instead wanted $267 because he had to crawl under the sink.

I said goodbye. This is strictly a bait and switch operation. Do not call.

I was impressed with the quick response for a service call for a stopped up kitchen sink. It turned out that it was more than just a backed up sink and the problem was quickly resolved. Jimmy - you are my rooter hero. I would certainly call them again for any plumbing problem in the future.
