I had a main line back up on Sunday eve. My regular plumber could not come out. I read the reviews and decided to go with Rooter Help. They came out Sunday night, at the time they stated. Their quote was very reasonable. It ended up being a more then quoted, because we ran into issues, but Chris kept me upto date, and gave me options. All in all, he was there about 3 hours. My place is in Covina CA.

Chris came when it was discovered that our original connection to our water main was incorrect. It seemed like a simple issue at first but when he reconnected the main, another section of our pipe burst, likely because it was so old/done from pvc instead of real piping. This caused a huge headache and a quick job ended up taking two days. Chris was amazing and really did everything he could to help us.

Chris was also incredibly patient with us. My uncle, the owner of the house, is a notoriously difficult man to work with and freaked out when the other part of the pipe burst. My uncle was pretty unreasonable, but Chris followed through and still helped us out. My sisters and I were really appreciative of his willingness to finish the job even after my uncle's explosion.

We received notice that the water district wanted one more thing adjusted at the main's connection and Chris agreed to come back and fix the issue free of charge since it was a simple fix.

Overall, I would highly recommend Chris's services!

Just want to start by saying this company is top notch. I called 2-2-18 around 2:45pm and asked what they charge to clean out a stoppage. The lady told me $40. I asked if they could do it today between 5 and 5:30pm. She asked if she could call me back so she could talk to the tech. She called me back within 5min and said yes they could do it TODAY at 5:15. I told her that would be fine. So right at 5:15 Chris the tech showed up. He asked me what drain it was. I had tried to unclog it myself but had no luck. Chris had it unclogged in 15min. Then gave me some advice on getting a new toilet. He was here about 20min. I will be recommending Chris and his company to all my friends and family.

Rooter help is my new plumber. I had my kitchen sink backed up called rooter help spoke to Nicole very helpful and pleasant. She had Chris out to my place in no time at all. Chris fixed the problem quick and working. Also went out of his way to look at a leak in my master bathroom which he fixed. Very nice people to deal with. I offer Plumbing Services myself. However, there have been several times my equipment cannot handle the magnitude of certain drain clearing jobs. For those times, Chris is my go to guy. He understands the importance and urgency of getting the waste flowing again and his response time has always demonstrated that. Furthermore, his experience in the field translates to clear explanations of the problems and options for solutions. He exhibits professionalism and patience with a relaxed disposition. Which I've noticed first hand to have a calming effect on the home owner. Lastly, he's not trying to get rich quick on your unfortunate plumbing problems. I've price compared his services and he is by far the most reasonable.
