Tom Morris/Rooter Guys got a ROW-permit from La Plata County 5/5/2023 to do the work in the County ROW for an Emergency dig and never paid for the permit. Very unethical!

These guys are amazing! After 3 weeks of multiple other people not showing up to scheduled times, not returning phone calls, etc... These guys totally rescued me. They were recommended by my longtime plumber who was having some health issues. Came up to cold remote Silverton in terrible winter weather within 24 hours of my contacting them. Fixed my sewer pipe and repaired the backed up interior pipes within a few hours. Some sewage and gray water had leaked into part of my basement. They sent a crew to Silverton the very next day to do the cleanup work. I had been convinced before calling the Rooter Guys that my sewer pipe had to be dug up and replaced...and my insurance company said that if it was an old pipe they would not cover the cost. I'm so glad I called these guys for a second opinion. I might have been financially ruined for no reason if I hadn't called them.
