I called Joe with short notice to check my sewer line that had me worried. He was able to send his team in a quick fashion; they came wrote a report, sent a video, and explained thoroughly.

Highly, highly, highly recommend this plumbing company because they are reliable, honest, fast, quiet, clean, and care about their quality in the work they do.

I've hired multiple plumbing companies over the past 15 years and experienced loud noises of tools being banged around and tossed. And then left with a filty dirty, muddy mess to clean up afterwards. Some even refused to wear booty covers over their boots. It was truly a disgusting experience and my least favorite having them enter my home with dirty boots on.

Not today!
There were two men that came out to assist today with the leaky faucet and changed the old faucet to a brand new one and even cleaned the area that they worked in and also cleaned out the pipes. They wore the booty boot covers with no issue and kept not only my home clean but also the area they worked on, and this meant a lot to me. I am so grateful that they took the time to be delicate and efficient with the work space.

I was not overly charged with a high price. I was charged fair and reasonable and am thankful that as a customer was not taken advantage of by being over charged.

Because there were two they worked so efficient that this was done so quick and also without noise.

The response time was quick and I was able to have someone assist me within the same day that I called. I appreciate the response time and for the honesty because I've had other not provide an exact time and then not show up or state they would need to follow up the next day.

Stop searching and just give this plumbing company a call!

Great experience with Joe! I tragically dropped a gold bracelet down the toilet and Joe came with his assistant with a camera to try to fish it out. Unfortunately, it was too far down the sewer, but despite not recovering the bracelet, I still had a good experience with Joe and wouldn't hesitate to call him back for other plumbing jobs.

Joe at Rooter Guy Plumbing is someone you should consider! I was assigned to this team by my Home Warranty Company who was awful. Joe jumped through so many hoops and cut through so much red tape to make for a successful outcome to me the end client. If you are looking for someone who is patient and considerate of your time, these are the guys you want. He bent over backwards to have somone on his team come out to my property the same day. Other companies wanted to schedule me 10 days later. For as much time he spent dealing with the incompetent people at the warranty company, i would give him 10 stars if possible. That being said, if you are reading this still, don't use fidelity home warranty, they are awful. Call Joe Directly!!

RUDE!!!!!!! If I could give this guy zero stars I would. He was contracted to come look at a drain problem by my home warranty company. They gave me his name and said he would contact me within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. When he never called I reached out to him. He only asked where I live. I had barely spoken the city when he gruffly told me ""I turned that job down 2 days ago."" I asked him why he didn't call to advise me of that, he grunted ""I don't have your information."" I was about to ask if he didn't have my information, how did he know he turned down the job when he hung up. Needless to say, I would not recommend.

Great!!! My good friend Monika recommended rooter guy for me. They are done my flooding so professional. It's happened on Sunday and little early evening. Very nice job done right. I guess Drake who is the one coming to helping us. Take a little longer than normal because some of plastic is struck too deep inside the line. He will stay until finished the job and help me throw some flooding water out of my kitchen too. Really recommend

I contacted Rooter Guy Plumming to replace my water heater... They went over and beyond the call of duty, it was complicated. They got to the bottom of it and even brought in an electrician to make sure where the problem was. And because it was a timely process and Joe and Zack gave me a discount.

He was incredibly helpful, incredibly honest, great at communicating every step of his process and was always the first to check in, instead of me having to hound him to come out or to fix anything.
