Mike and joe were on time and came out to clean out my sewer drain within the hour. They both were very nice and friendly. They took the time to explain to me everything that they were going to do. These guys saved my bacon. Got a call from our tenants that the torrential rains were building up water behind our house and threatening the foundation. Outdoor drains not draining. Called rooter guy at 8am and the crew was there by 9:30. They were friendly, super efficient and got this monster root removed promptly. Worth it just to see the extraction!! It was one day before New Year's Eve and I was cleaning my home for the new year, little did I know my faucet was clogged. We tried everything we could to unclog it but nothing worked. I searched plumbing on yelp and called a few people. Nobody was able to make it. I came across Rooter Guy Pluming, I called and Joe picked up he worked with my budget and was at my home within 30 minutes. In no time my sink was fixed. Called due to a backed up clean-out. Joe was as nice as could be and was out within a few hours. He didn't try to ""sell"" us services we didn't need or could afford, so thank you! He was finished with the job quickly and per my husband (I wasn't home at the time, so this review is based on my husband's experience), was extremely professional and nice! The gas co wouldn't turn the gas on in our new home because of a leak. Joe came out within the hour and located it and was cheery, helpful and fast.

I have a home warranty and we get all kinds of different plumbers assigned to us and most of them are awful. But we had rooter guy assigned one time and they have truly gone above and beyond. I won't give every detail but the short story is Rooter Guy (Joe, Eddie and Mike) was amazing. They are professional and knowledgeable. But... they all went above the call of duty. We had a defective water heater and it became a manufacturer issue, but these guys stayed in touch throughout the process, calling and texting, even though it was no longer their problem. They followed up like nothing I've seen before. They do business the right way and take care of their customers, even when the problem is no longer their responsibility. Boom! Great people.
