Thank you, Rooter Guard! I recently moved to California due to my work. It was my first experience with plumbing here. I have to confess really great service. It was a real pleasure to deal with these guys. The customer service lady was really helpful, too. I called them around 11:30 and they had a guy sent out to me by 1pm!
The guy who came to fix my toilet was very clean and professional. You know how it is...most of the time we don't really want to deal with plumber (I've always had a bad image of them). But this experience truly changed my mind.

I woke up the other morning to my toilet not working. It was super annoying. I'm guessing my roommate probably threw some paper towels or something in there, but either way, my toilet wouldn't flush.

It was like 7am and I didn't think anyone would answer my call that early. After calling several companies, I finally was put in touch with customer service at Rooter Guard. Thank god they were open!!!

Luckily they said their technician was just finishing up service at another job near my neighborhood so they were at my house in like 15 minutes. (Wow that was quick!)

Not to mention their plumber was really cool and funny. He was joking around and totally helped ease my bad mood. He fixed it in no time. These guys are fast, friendly, and know what they are doing. Thanks again! I highly recommend them!

I am more than happy to recommend this company. I had to deal with a dripping faucet and searched on Yelp to find a trustworthy plumbing service. Lewis came out to my house and suggested I replace the faucet instead of buying replacement parts, which was a great idea. He came with me to the supply store and helped me choose a good quality faucet. Lewis even made a second trip to my house the next day to install the faucet! It is really nice to work with such a polite and helpful technician. Thank you Rooter Guard for providing quality services. I think you guys are one of the best plumbing services in L.A. The installation was perfect and I love my new shiny faucet!

I am sure that these guys get lot's of great ratings for their $59 service. Be careful if the problem can not be cleared with a simple snake job. They were unable to clear my drain and quoted $2,000 to go into the wall by the sink. The supervisor that came to my house made things sound very complicated and had all sorts of contingencies. I told him let's discuss after the job is done. We then talked the price down to $1700. He then left and there was a young tech there to do the job. He cut my copper pipes by accident and spent about 2 hours repairing his mistake. He spent about 2 hours total replacing a pipe (originally a 1"" pipe with a 2"" pipe). He was not able to run the 2"" pipe the full distance needed, so basically, the real problem was not really resolved. We are talking about 3 feet of pipe. I complained that the full job that was quoted was not completed and there was no way that I was going to pay $1,700 for 2 hours worth of work. This would be about $850 per hour for some kid with maybe one year experience. Where else would I pay this kind of hourly rate? The owner of the company tried holding me to what the original quote was and eventually agreed to $1,500. What a rip off for 2 hours of work. I don't think doctors make this kind of hourly wage. Their only concern from the beginning was to see how much they could rip me off for. My fault for agreeing to it, but be aware, they will take advantage of the situation. Lesson learned, try to agree to some sort of hourly rate so you are not completely ripped off! I still have to do the patch job myself.

We were having an emergency in our house in California due to a backup in the mainline. Our next door neighbor also was having plumbing problems that same day with her bathroom stoppage, so she called her warranty company and they were able to send a guy that said there was no clean-out and the new clean-out could be only be installed on the following day. I gave her the number of Rooter Guard and they were able to fix her problem that same day. Thank God everything got fixed so that we no longer have to worry about that anymore. Amazing guys; I will keep your number for the future.

Gurgling and backing up eventually pointed to a big problem with my sewer line. The ultimate cost was a bit on the high side, but service was fast and professional with good communication. My only real problem came when the workers failed to properly re-secure the hatch to my crawlspace. Rodents got in and I suffered extra costs for pest removal. Lesson learned to always double check after workers leave the home.

I called about the $59 rooter service the nice operator said she could have someone come out in 1 hour and the guy called and said it would be $149. Apparently it costs $90 to walk into the house.

Don't trust them.

Original review was a customer service mix up. Owner called the next day hoping to understand the issue. Said he would honor the original $59 price. Good customer service from him.

Quick and easy way to a job done! Used them on my commercial property and I couldn't be happier. I didn't even have to be there......they called when they got there explaining the situation and called when leaving. Great job!!!!
