My toilet was backing up. The technician that came brought an auger and snake and couldn't unclog. He took off the toilet ran snake through then said something must be clogged in there couldn't solve the problem. Then after an hour of trying tried to sell me on descaling or descaling & repair costing thousands of dollars. Another plumber came and solved the problem in 10 minutes. After taking off the toilet the water ran just fine through the 4 inch drain. The clog was in the toilet itself. Just turned the toilet on it's side, stuck his finger under the toilet and unclogged.

With a shower and a toilet that would no longer drain properly, I called Rooter Guard based on positive yelp reviews and their ""We clean any drain for $ 59 or it's free"" ad. While the tech was friendly, he was unable to clear the drain. Allegedly his snake overheated, which - according to him - was a sign that our drain and sewer lines were severely clogged, requiring a different, more involved approach: To remedy the situation, it would be necessary to either hydro-jet all sewer pipes ($ 1200 for approximately 45 minutes of work) or descale them ($ 2300 for approximately two hours of work). The tech left, and I did not have to pay true to Rooter Guard's ad. However, on the following day, I hired a different plumber who cleared the drain with his snake without drama, fuss, stories, or unnecessary work within 45 minutes for $ 150. 'nuff said.

Water was backing up into my house through my shower drain. Johnny arrived within 90 minutes of calling and immediately started working. Unfortunately there was much more work needed that ended up taking 4 days to complete. But thanks to Johnny, Mike, and Andy, it was a job well done and they kept us informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond and even showed up early Saturday morning to finish the job for us. Five stars, would easily recommend and hope you get the same guys we got because they were great!

I used Rooter Guard to replace a lateral sewer line and to go all the way out to the street. I had sewage coming up in my back patio and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. They took care of all the details and all the permits and final inspections and even replaced a broken sprinkler area they just provided super great value friendly service really good guys. WILLIAM was my service tech and he was always patient and thoughtful and can't give them a higher rating

I had a pipe burst underneath my home and contacted Rooter Guard to come out on a Thursday and advise on the situation. Ernie E showed up and climbed under my home, analyzed the problem and working with his manager quickly provided a quotation. I contacted 2 other plumbing companies who also quoted the job but neither company could complete the job until the next week. While Rooter Guard was not the least expensive quotation, Ernie E was knowledgeable, professional, and understood the urgency to repair the problem. Ernie and Tony arrived on-time Friday to begin work and returned on Saturday to complete the job.
They also found a couple of other areas which were destined to become a burst pipe and repaired those at a discounted price.
I would highly recommend Rooter Guard along with Ernie E and Tony. They will be my future plumbing company.

Called for a simple washer drain snake for $59, tech told be the drain line needed to be pulled out of the wall and ground because it was collapsed. Quoted at nearly $6000. I refused and had a different company come, just had a few roots blocking it.

Being a first time home buyer, you don't realize there is so much that can take place that is out of ur control. My family and I moved into our home and 2 days after tying to do laundry with brand new machines and a reconstructed home, my washing machine overflowed. I contacted rooter guard Johnny came out. He tried to snake the line and got some substance to come out of the drain but noticed the snake wasn't going through it. He then changed the blade , once again it wasn't breaking the clogged line. Jonny inserted a camera and saw that the line had a large back up and recommended a descale. He contacted mike from their office, and scheduled the descale for the next day. Once the descale was done they took out about 4 ft of blockage. Thank you so much Jonny and Mike. Trying to complete a reconstruction during COVID has been one of the most stressful things I've had to go through. Finally being able to move in, our family wasn't expecting to have other issues. With 3 little kids in our home , laundry is a huge necessity. If it wasn't for Johnny and Mike I would still be struggling to figure out how I was going to complete my laundry. Highly recommend this team, they go above and beyond for their customers, very professional and take pride in their work.
