The best customer service! We had our kitchen sink back up. So, ok, we didn't panic and we tried to plunge it clean. However, after an hour of plunging to no avail, we called Rooter Guard. They sent someone over, Andres, within an hour. Andres was polite and professional. He had protective booties over his work boots and a mat to protect the floor around our kitchen sink. It ended up being a bit more job complicated than a simple snaking. And a bit more money. However, in the end, they cleaned out our vertical kitchen main and, along with a three year guarantee, we are satisfied. I would recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs. Very professional and a job well done!!

I was able to get this company to take care of a problem with my hot water on a weekend. It was an emergency and they sent very good workers out to take care of it. It ended up being a very complicate job, putting in new pipes, etc. It cost several thousand dollars. Let me say first that I believe they did a very good job. They worked in the rain and had to go under the house and I really appreciate that. And the workers were really great guys. However, I do believe that they charged me over and above what was fair. They quoted me a $1600 price to put in an automatic gas shut off valve and I'm getting it done for under $500. This makes me think that the mark up on the hot water heater and the work that they did, may have been jacked up as well. If I could have waited, I would have used a plumber that I knew and had worked with before. Just saying.

BEWARE! These people are scammers!! I called to have my kitchen drain unclogged and the really nice lady on the phone told me it would be $59. The tech came and said it would be $120. Then 1 hour later, he said he couldn't fix it and it would be $300. Then his boss /owner of the company came to my house 30 mins later and said it would be $1,200 to unclog my kitchen drain. I sent them away, had another Plumber come out an hour later and he fixed it for $75 within 20 mins with absolutely no issues. These people will take advantage of you if you let them. Smh

Richard replaced our toilet and did a great job. He was very professional and on time, plus did the work quickly and cleaned up after. We would definitely recommend rooter guard for plumbing issues.

We called a rooter service that we found online(most likely just brokers that most likely sales the jobs to a local rooter) they send a technician over for only $59 which made me suspicious since I told them that it is a mainline issue and I know it cost much more then that. The technician that came could not clear the blockage and offered us to come back with a Hydro jet system and a camera. the next day when they tried to open the blockage with the jetter they claimed that the jetter and the camera is ""stuck"" at 15 feet from the clean-out and the only solution they propose is to go underneath the house and replace a 5 feet of drain for the cost of $1800. even then they wont know if the problem will solved since we could not see the rest of the drain. I started to feel that if I give them the ok to do so they will start the job and then maybe suggest that there is more drain to replace, I decided to send them home and pay them the $550 they asked for the Hydro-jet and camera even though they did not solve the problem. The next day I called another plumber that came over and simply open the drain without any problems using the same systems. I asked him to the condition of the drain and he sent me a video that clearly showed me there was no breakage in the drain like Rooter Guard claimed. I have tried to call the company to ask them for at least a partial refund but no one ever called me back I have also sent an email but received no response. You decide for yourself if you want to use them.

We had a clogged shower drain and the service was so fast! Jack came by and snaked our drain quickly and was so helpful. We really appreciated his help and the tips he gave us to prevent future clogs. Would definitely recommend Jack and use Rooter Guard again in the future

We had an involved plumbing stoppage at our home which involved both bathrooms and kitchen. It was an emergency and Rooter Guard was out to our home in 20 min. Richard and Mike came out and did everything it took to get everything in proper working order again. It took 1 week but they were on time and made sure we at least had usage of plumbing at night. They worked with our insurance and offered reasonable but necessary pricing. Both were professional and a pleasure to work with. Lito and Martin worked just as hard and were equally as nice. I would recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Now they will be our forever go to plumbing company.

The best service ever! I had an emergency, called them yesterday late in the evening, got an immediate appraisal for the job and the next morning Andres came over. He was very professional, told me the clog on my toilet was already self-resolved and he didn't charge me for the call... he was super kind and professional on the diagnosis of the problem.

I highly recommend going with Rooter Guard Plumbing. Starting off with the great customer service, they made me feel comfortable from the start. I was having issues with my water heater and they were able to get someone out to my house in less than an hour and fixed my water heater the same day! Very happy with Rooter Guard and will definitely use them in the future.

Rooted guard is the best!!! Jack came to do some work on our plumbing. They did an amazing job and gave us a very good price for the work they did. They kept our house very clean while doing the job and had very good customer service throughout the whole process. Jack the tech was very nice and helpful and so were mike & Harry. (The managers) they always answered my calls and responding to my texts whenever i needed to ask them question. Overall very good and clean company and the pricing was amazing compared to all the other plumbing companies we have in The LA county. We will definitely be calling them back for any further plumbing issues in the future. Very great experience and customer service. Would highly recommend!!!! Thank you rooter guard!
