This company lies about the pricing and asked for $650 to begin work without even an inspection! He also wouldn't go under the house where we knew that the problem was. Today we hired a plumber from a different company, 2 hours later the job was done without breaking up the pavement. Don't use this company!! You'll be sorry.

This is the BEST Plumbing company I have ever encountered. Erik and his team have completed two jobs for our home and they have offered great quality work, professionalism and outstanding communication. The first time I worked with them, Erik arrived within 30 minutes after we called.
That was very important since our main sewer line pipe broke so we needed someone to handle it immediately. The second time was to fix a broken exhaust pipe for our water heater. They were able to start work immediately and worked diligently to get the job done as soon as possible. I will be referring Erik and his team to all my friends if they have any plumbing needs.

Hi, everyone...I just had a complete piping job done by this company. I'm totally amazed by the work, professionalism, and timely manner they did this in. Harry the field representative was thorough, he explained very detail of the job. Andreas the work technician and his team were extremely professional, on time and also explained all details of the job being performed. He speaks bi-lingual but was very easy to understand. The price was competitive with others, but the warranty was phenomenal. My kitchen sink started leaking about a week ago. Rooter Guard of Valerio St in
Van Nuys, CA was the first plumbing service I called . In a matter of minutes their Technician Specialist Jonathan was at my door to inspect the problem and give me an estimate of the scope of work to be done.
He started work same day and inspected my bathroom drain line as well only to find out that additional work has to be done replacing my copper lines which had already broken.
His Supervisor Boris came and explained the scope of the task. He was very professional as well and when everything was done a City Inspector came to see that everything's done right.
Now I can be reassured that if I've future plumbing problems I can rely on Rooter Guard and recommend them
as well to family and friends . I'm also covered with a 15 years warranty and the cost is very reasonable . Thanks a lot .

Called Rooter Guard on Sunday and made an appointment for Monday between 8-9 am. They called Monday at 7:30 am to say they couldn't make it. I rescheduled for Wednesday morning between 9-10 am, they just called and said they didn't have anyone and the soonest available next appointment was Sunday. I won't wait 4 more days only to have them call again and say that they can't make it. I'm taking my business elsewhere where they're honest and reliable.

Even one star is too many! They are very dishonest and make up fake problems to overcharge! We called them over the weekend because didn't have a choice and they fabricated problems and charged us $4K even tried so hard to convince us to replace the entire plumbing! The problem continued until during the week we brought a plumber that was referred by our family! He fixed it in less than an hour and told us none of the things they did was necessary and that's why it wasn't fixed! And he charged us $200! Save your money and stay away from them!

In October 2019 this place gave me an estimate of $2200 to clean a slow drain. I called another plumber who cleared it for $95 and I haven't had a problem since. The tech who was there from this company put me on the phone with a supervisor who initially quoted me over 3K. When the price started dropping the more I resisted I knew there was an issue. I don't like feeling like I'm being taken advantage of.
