This company is AWESOME!!Very professional and experienced with the major difficulties within plumbing issues.Junior and Rigo are game changers when it comes to professionalism.We need more businesses that hire QUALITY people such as these guys.My property was spared and they clean up after their jobs.I would definitely be calling them again if we ever have any other plumbing issues in the future.THANK YOU JR AND RIGO!!

I was very satisfied with the man they sent to my home in Northridge. He was very courteous , respectful and explained exactly what was wrong w/my water heater. The truth is I needed my previous plumber (of 18 years) to respond and he never called me back. Since being serviced by Rooter Guard (Van Nuys, Ca.) I fired my old plumber and these guys are now on my contact list

Rooter Guard sent Pascual to my house to install my washer and dryer. Pascaul was very professional and was able to get the job done is about 20 minutes. He pointed out that the water heater needed some work (which I knew as I've been having hot water issues). I asked the office to send a quote, but never received one. Pascual showed me how to replace the faucet on my sink and set up the grill. He went above and beyond, so he gets five stars. Four stars for Rooter Guard since they never followed up with a quote.

I had an impending plumbing catastrophe that was on my hands and Rooter Guard was a God-send. Their response time, knowledge, and expertise was impressive. I work as a property manager and have had worked with my fair share of plumbers. RG is at the top of the list. Pretty much had to repipe the whole property and Rooter Guard was professional, committed, and honest the whole way through. They went above and beyond in helping me out. Major shout out to Junior and Mike who busted their asses on multiple jobs for over a month. Couldn't be happier with their services and the professionalism. They have certainly retained my business. Mike was awesome! He came to replace valves in the bathroom. He was on time. He did the job quick. He gave some advice and free estimates on other projects as well. It is a pleasure to work wit Mike. He is very knowledgeable young guy that knows what he is doing. I'm happy to have found a trustworthy company. I had a bad experience with another plumbing company in the past, that's why it's important to find the right one.of course I didn't want to start with bigger projects without knowing the plumber first, I'm now confident to give him more work. It's easy to schedule an appointment and an actual person answers the phone. All in all, great experience!

I spoke with Patricia on cleaning a main drain and she said they had the right machine and could do it. I was happy to hear that she took down my information. She gave a call back shortly after I was done talking to her to let me know that they had a technician in my area that would arrive within an hour. Richard arrived within less than an hour and cleaned the drain. Everything is back to normal again, Thank you!

After a technician from this company(who I found out is no longer employed by them so name is not important)left me with more of a problem than I started with, I was understandably frustrated. So why the 5 star rating? As soon as I notified the company of the issue at hand, they not only apologized but went above and beyond to make sure I ended up more than satisfied with their service. Junior was knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and a great example of what customer service is about. He answered my questions thoroughly and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I am happy to say that the issue was taken care of and I am more than satisfied with this company and especially with Junior. I recommend using Rooter Guard for a great customer service experience and a job well done!

i really wanted to write a rave review of this business but can only give it 3 stars. we had a problem in our guest house and called them to find the problem. franco came on sunday and after accessing the situation he called his manager , junior to come and take a look. junior used a camera to show me where the roots of a large tree had crushed a pipe. they gave me an estimate of $3800 minus various coupons after which the total came to $2800. they started the work on sunday-came back on monday and dug a 5 ft. deep trench. . afer that was repaired they informed me that water was still not running through the pipes at which time they found another crushed pipe. this is where the problem began. they started work on tuesday and suddenly they were gone. no explanation-no phone call. they did come back 4-5 hours later saying they had an emergency. the problem was that i had locked the dogs in the house and they had no way to get outside. i think a common courtesy call would have been nice after a $5000 bill

This company is not professional at all I called up to schedule an appointment and they told me some one will be out in 30min then called me back 2hr later saying they can not get anyone out until the next day from 12pm to 1pm okay then the next day comes and I get a call from Rooter Guard their behind the guy is running late so then they called back and said he is still running late their sorry well at this point iam upset I have things I have to do so now the guy comes and he looks to see how much he's going to charge he tells me $300 dollars for a $150 dollar job then I tell him they have a discount on line for first time client and he was not knowledgeable about any of that I said well can I speak to your manger he would not let me talk to him I also called the call center back and they took a message and I never received a call back from a manger or supervisor nor own of the company It was a wast of my time would not recommend any one to this company the technician they have working or unprofessional and started arguing with me and I had to ask him to leave I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Burial all bad

I was very pleased with the effort, honesty & professionalism from Rooter Guard. They were friendly over the phone, quick to arrive & respected our home like it was theirs. Mike N. kept his word every step of the way on a difficult job. He worked tirelessly to diagnose & solve multiple issues with our tub, toilets & main line. I left the experience feeling like I had been fully educated as to what, why & how he needed to restore us back to plumbing health.

My landlord wanted to get a few quotes for the job & not only was everything Mike N. said true but Rooter Guard had the best price. Should have just gone with them in the first place & allowed him to complete his work. Despite other plumbers from another company being there & ready to take on the job, we decided to stick with Rooter Guard because of their trustworthiness, patience of the manager to honor their price & ultimately Mike N.'s hard work & character. Thanks Rooter Guard for keeping our vacation on schedule & completing the job... despite the many obstacles our home presented. I would highly recommend you to everyone!
