Your company was a God send. American Home Shield, my homeowners insurance company referral told me I had to wait either 2 or 4 days to clear my kitchen sink back up. After 2.5 hours of trying to get both to understand I have a baby in the house, the kitchen sink is critical, I told them ""to take a hike"" and cancelled the coverage. In less than 5 minutes I called the first plumbing company Siri brought up and it was your company. A plumber, Ernie, was available to come within 2-3 hours. Ernie came opened the line and was ready to leave within 25-30 minutes. Lucky for me my main line was on the exterior kitchen wall. I knew there was a chance Ernie would need to get to the stoppage from inside the sink so I proceeded to remove items from under the sink. Ernie asked me to not do that because he was certain he could get to stoppage from outside the kitchen sink. I stopped he kept sending the snake down the line and finally got to my problem. I was aware my appointment have disrupted Rooter Guard's scheduled appointments but I was so grateful to have a clear kitchen line I could not think straight. American Home Shield not only charged a higher price for 2 days in the future service but Rooter Guard charged a lesser price for the same service. Thank you Ernie and Rooter Guard. Thank you American Hime Shield for forcing me to use the internet to find a better plumber than you were referring me to.

I cannot say enough good things about Rooter Guard and especially Izaiah!! He came out on a Sunday, was on time, personable and fixed the problem before the 1 one window was up!!

This company lies about the pricing and asked for $650 to begin work without even an inspection! He also wouldn't go under the house where we knew that the problem was. Today we hired a plumber from a different company, 2 hours later the job was done without breaking up the pavement. Don't use this company!! You'll be sorry.

This is the BEST Plumbing company I have ever encountered. Erik and his team have completed two jobs for our home and they have offered great quality work, professionalism and outstanding communication. The first time I worked with them, Erik arrived within 30 minutes after we called.
That was very important since our main sewer line pipe broke so we needed someone to handle it immediately. The second time was to fix a broken exhaust pipe for our water heater. They were able to start work immediately and worked diligently to get the job done as soon as possible. I will be referring Erik and his team to all my friends if they have any plumbing needs.
