I contacted this company for our routine water heater flushing. We've had trouble looking for good plumbing companies but Iggy from Rooter Flushers was very professional and helpful right from the get go. Scheduling was easy and communication was clear. Pricing was fair and within the ""usual"" range. We just asked for water heater flushing but he made sure to inspect the whole unit and gave some valuable suggestions to help prolong the life of the unit. He also checked the water pressure for the house as part of their service.

Safe to say we were very pleased with the service overall and will definitely be contacting them for future services.

Amazing customer service from Iggy and Rooter Flushers Plumbing & Drains! You might think, like I did, that nobody would answer the phone at 5:25am on the first Monday of the new year. When I actually heard the voice of a real human instead of an answering machine, I was impressed. Iggy said someone would be to the house between 8 and 9. Iggy arrived right on time! My job was a little more involved than initially thought. Iggy was great at diagnosing and repairing the issue. If you think tree roots only grow outside the house...check this pic! Holy smokes! Iggy got me back in business so my business would actually leave the toilet Can't say enough positive things about Iggy. Will definitely use Rooter Flushers again!!

I had a backed up drain in my kitchen and needed it cleared ASAP. I called Rooter Flushers and they said they would be out in a couple of hours. To my surprise, they arrived within a half hour and began to clear the drain. The technician was very friendly and competent. The drain was cleared and the work was done cleanly and I am very satisfied with the job. I will not hesitate to call Rooter Flushers again if I ever have a plumbing issue again. Our drain had problem right after Christmas . I started calling different rooter plumbing services but it took me couple of companies before were were able to have someone who can come in same day . Most of them has to be the next day or will have to wait for few hours. I called Rooter flushers plumbing and drain company at 4:30 pm. He set us an appointment between 6-8 pm for technician to come. I was desperate to get it done so i finally chose them crossing my fingers that issue will be resolve . My decision was correct he text ted me before 6pm and came in our home before 6pm too.
Iggy was very friendly and professional . He discuss what the issue is before and after fixing the drain problem . Completed the work and clean up the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for rooter /plumbing/ drain service on urgent situations and even on holidays.

But then, on the rooftop, who should appear but a knight in shining armor, Rooter Flush was here! His name was Iggi, and he came when I called and made it all better for one and for all.

Iggy is an honest and good guy. Has shown up on different occasions to my sites and always provides great service. Communication is key in my line of work and Iggy is on it at all times. Never have to chase him down for a proposal or have to wait for so long to get a reply. Highly recommend Rooter flushers for any plumbing job you have no matter how big or small.
