These guys are awesome and get ten stars. I was so stressed this morning I thought my sons toy went down our tub drain and was stuck. The tub stopped draining. I called them this morning at 8:15 am they had someone at my house by 9:45 earlier then their booked appointment. They were kind, professional, and very tidy. After answering all my questions they got to work straight away and found out it was a washcloth stuck. They removed it without any damage and also saved me money no cutting into pipes or anything! Thank you again Iggy!

A frequently clogged toilet makes everyone in the house miserable. Iggy and Robert came quickly and went well above and beyond.

Instead of the all too common upsell you get from so many companies, Iggy was the exact opposite. He talked me through the options, explained the diagnostics he would do and got right to work. He stopped as soon as he learned something and then recommended that we not do the rest of the original planned work, as it was no longer necessary. And that I would not be charged for that work.

Integrity is seemingly rare these days but Iggy has an abundance. I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing backup today in both bathrooms. After trying to fix it myself I did a quick amount of research and called Iggy at Rooter Flushers. He answered the phone quickly and said he could send someone in around 45 minutes. Then, to my surprise, Iggy arrived in about 15 minutes. Iggy assessed my situation and showed me on the camera that I had four serious areas in the pipe from my house to the street where the roots from my tree blocked probably around 5/6th of the opening. We then had a long talk and he did try to fix it with just using the rooter. Unfortunately, when we looked in the camera afterwards I still saw serious blockages. Iggy then gave me my options of either hydro flushing or replacing the pipe. He said he did not think my pipes were bad enough to replace, however, with the amount of roots coming through the pipes I probably would get a worsening condition. I asked him to do the Hydro Flush and looking at the camera after he was done I was amazed how clean it looked.

I feel Iggy responded to me quickly, explained my situation in depth and is a really comfortable person to do business with as he comes across as very sincere.

I do recommend Iggy without reservation and will definitely use him again.

I contacted this company for our routine water heater flushing. We've had trouble looking for good plumbing companies but Iggy from Rooter Flushers was very professional and helpful right from the get go. Scheduling was easy and communication was clear. Pricing was fair and within the ""usual"" range. We just asked for water heater flushing but he made sure to inspect the whole unit and gave some valuable suggestions to help prolong the life of the unit. He also checked the water pressure for the house as part of their service.

Safe to say we were very pleased with the service overall and will definitely be contacting them for future services.

Amazing customer service from Iggy and Rooter Flushers Plumbing & Drains! You might think, like I did, that nobody would answer the phone at 5:25am on the first Monday of the new year. When I actually heard the voice of a real human instead of an answering machine, I was impressed. Iggy said someone would be to the house between 8 and 9. Iggy arrived right on time! My job was a little more involved than initially thought. Iggy was great at diagnosing and repairing the issue. If you think tree roots only grow outside the house...check this pic! Holy smokes! Iggy got me back in business so my business would actually leave the toilet Can't say enough positive things about Iggy. Will definitely use Rooter Flushers again!!

I had a backed up drain in my kitchen and needed it cleared ASAP. I called Rooter Flushers and they said they would be out in a couple of hours. To my surprise, they arrived within a half hour and began to clear the drain. The technician was very friendly and competent. The drain was cleared and the work was done cleanly and I am very satisfied with the job. I will not hesitate to call Rooter Flushers again if I ever have a plumbing issue again. Iggy Perez, the technician was awesome!
