Answered on the first call. Took my information while on a service job and called me back shortly schedule an appointment within 20 minutes. Came on the same day to clean my catch basin, hydro jet my drain line and perform a camera inspection. Lastly the cost was affordable!

The basement was flooded and needed a rod out. They put a camera into the drain and located the problem. Omar came after hours, was on time, professional and explained exactly what the problem was and what he was doing. I will hire them again and refer others.

Our bathtub wasn't draining, and being the dummy that I am, decided to use a plunger. We bought our house back in May, and I knew that our pipes were old. Turns out the plunger pressure blew out our tub waste pipe. This caused the a pool of water to leak to the basement through the ceiling. Luckily, I gave a call and spoke to Omar who was able to come out and quickly assess the issue. Omar & David did a fantastic job with the fix. We can finally shower again. Omar was upfront about the cost and explained in detail what needed to happen. He even let me know of other potential issues with our pipes. We are going to have to re-pipe in the near future as our basement pipes are very old. Highly recommend Roto Flush. Great experience working with Omar & David.

Yesterday's weather was very trying on my home. Woke up to water backing up in my basement at 2:30am & immediately went to Yelp to search for emergency plumbers in my area. I called a total of 4 & this is the only company that called me back. Based on that alone they would get an automatic 3 stars. I'm giving 5 stars because they worked HARD to figure out the issue. The initial crew tried for a few hours but when they couldn't get the water to go down they explained that I needed the water pressure method & the cost. The second crew arrived shortly after & then they put in at least another 2 hours to remove the water. Omar explained what needed to happen next & was very patient & accommodating while I figured out my next steps. For that I am immensely grateful! Regardless of what services are being provided, good customer service is always key to gain & keep customers. I will definitely call them again for any future needed plumbing services!

Wow, this guy is 100% professional. I had grease built up in my sewer line from the previous owner. After I called a plumber who unsuccessfully rodded the sewer line, I called Omar. He came and clean my sewer pipe, scoped the entire line, and unclogged the block in less than 45minutes. Great guy!
