Use this service at your own risk. We NEVER will again. We had had good service out of them - drain lines cleaned, tank pumped - until we had to have our drain field repaired/replaced . We were quoted 17K+ and because of supply chain issues, material/labor costs and expecting to have a lot of gravel involved we went ahead based on previous favorable experiences. Have since learned the average price for this work should have been between 5K & 7K. Paid 1/2 up front. Materials were delivered- half round plastic pipe- and we waited about another month before work was commenced in August '23. Turned out that the half rounds were all the materials used, no gravel at all. 7 or 8 straw bales and a bag of grass seed brought. Only 1 bale was spread over the area by their employee. I spread the remaining bales myself. Excavator used to put in the field was parked in my backyard 8/16/23 and remained there for 34 days despite repeated requests to have it moved, leaving bald spots that still haven't recovered. Finish job on the field was so poor, that the trenches that developed over the lines after all the recent rains will have to be filled. Beginning September '23 have repeatedly requested an itemized bill . First request was told a manager would call the next day at 9AM. Never got that or any other call from management. Last attempt to get an itemized bill was 2 weeks ago - it's 1/18/24 and still no response.

They were formerly Palmetto Pumpers. I had a horrible experience with them. They overcharged me. Only pumped by tank for five minutes.Did not hose it down or clean it out at all. They tried to oversell me. Overcharged me. It was a complete con from the get go. I figured I would just pay the two men that came out and report their deceitful behavior to the company later and be reimbursed. That did not happen. They seem to be one tight-knit family and the whole experience was a total con including the office girls. I figure they changed their name because they were achieving such a bad reputation in the Greenville/Anderson area. I'm writing this because I wonder how many unsuspecting people they con and get away with it, and I do not want this to happen to anybody else.
