I have been so happy with Rooter Express Plumbing! My business was in downtown Brunswick and they took care of all of our plumbing and the plumbing for the apartments upstairs. They were super quick with repairs and always gave us options for a solution. I really appreciated that. They didn't just shove a bill at me after they'd finished. One time there was an emergency drain blockage in one of the apartments during working hours, but it was going to take a long time to fix. The plumber stayed until 7 and made sure it was working so that our tennent wouldn't have to go to a hotel for the night. I wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing installation OR repairs!!

We have had problems with our sewer line since we bought our house. Rooter Express has been out a couple of times and in both cases, was able to fix the problem (tree roots) in short order. They also suggested things we could do to reduce sewer line problems in the future (washing machine drain socks, to keep lint out of the drain, which can clog rusty old iron drain pipes). They also installed a secondary cleanout so that if we get the problem again (and we will, our sewer line goes beneath several trees), it can be easily snaked or jetted out. They are not the cheapest, but not exorbitant either. You get what you pay for, though, and their service is top notch and professional. Highly recommended.

Rooter express operates on a commission based salary for it's employees, so the more work they do in your home, needed or not, they get paid more. We had them out to the house and they wanted to do things that just were not needed. I feel sorry for anyone that gets sucked into the scam.

Got a call this am from a tenant. Whole house is backed up. Toilets, showers. Called several local plumbers. Only Rooter Express could get there same day. They showed up in 1 hour and was able to clear the clog with a 50' snake. Before they arrived and I was trying to evaluate if I could clear it (plunger - not) I asked tenant if they were flushing any wipes or tampons. No was their response. Guess what......sewer rats. Tampons and wipes.

Just bought a house 10 days ago and I was painting and turned around to get more paint. Surprise! I had water leaking out of a pipe we had not even used. They sent someone right away and replaced the pipe. Great Job, Brandon! Thank you!!

Two workers were sent down to fix some plumbing issues I had going on, and it got done so quickly. They keep most parts on hand but for me they had to go out and get maybe on or two things. Overall, they work quickly, the work is done right, they were very likable and friendly. Everything down for me by price and service so there were no surprises

Hello. First of all I must write the service was excellent. There are no complaints about work done. However, I have issues with the prices. I was charged $426.00 for a bathroom faucet setup. I checked the company product online and saw the product listed for $145 to $150.00. I signed for price and work performed so filing a dispute would be useless. I can only write, buyer beware.
