I had good experience with this company, namely with George Perez, who works for this company. The draining pipe from upstairs neighbors was old and cracked and had to be replaced. George stopped by to do estimate and later came with Lous to do repair. Everything was done perfectly! High quality job, no mess, I have only good things to say. I asked guys to carefully cut the drywall so I could easy to put back its pieces when the work is done. They did it very carefully and I really appreciate it! Thank you so much!!!

I wouldn't hire this company if they payed me to use them!!! I hired them on Saturday to come out and do a quick drain clean cause my washer drain was plugged. EASY FIX. We waited and waited but they were a no show. They finally called and gave me this excuse that the plumber got sick and asked if they could reschedule for Sunday morning at 9. Sunday comes and I get another call wanting me to reschedule NEXT WEEK!!!! I have company arriving on Sunday and they are going to need to wash their clothes!! I wish I had called another company instead of this sham of a business!!!

I had a sewer blockage at my elderly uncle's house that needed immediate attention. Rooter Experts came out within hours, and although I didn't want to hear the bad news that they discovered, which was to replace the entire root-infested crumbling sewer line, they did a great job putting it in. And they were respectful and patient with my uncle's concerns, and understanding the difficulties with the disruption to his ""routine."" Jorge (George) was our main plumber, and he was very trustworthy, careful, and he was looking out for our interests. His assistant Jesus and the rest of their crew were great workers also.

Called this company yesterday for a simple job, to drain the bathtub drain. I called at approximately 12 noon and was told I would have a plumber at my house by 4pm that same day. Received a phone call from their dispatcher to inform me that the plumber had to leave work for the day for a 'emergency' and that we could reschedule for the following day (today) between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Didn't hear from anyone by 2:00 pm so I decided to call the dispatcher to find out. Now I'm being told that the plumber is 'unreachable' for the day?!? What the F?!? Where you guys just planning on blowing me off and not even calling?? I had to take the day off of work to meet the plumber at my house today and you guys can't even reach out to let me know he isn't even going to show up today?? What an absolutely pathetic attempt at customer service from this business. You don't deserve business with this kind of shit service.

Alex worked through a couple of problems with my plumbing job and got it fixed with smile on his face! He did a great job and I recommend him highly!

The toilet in my guesthouse was seriously blocked, and 2 other plumbing companies came out, but could not clear it. I called Rooter Experts, and they quoted me a $49 special, but informed me that if they need to remove the toilet, then the price would be $225. This sounded quite reasonable. A plumber by the name of Alex came out, he was on time, clean & very courteous. He had to remove the toilet, as I expected, but still could not clear the line. He suggested I get it clear using a hydrojet system, which uses high pressure water to clear the line. They did manage to clear the line with their hydroject machine. Their price was a little high, but they really did a great job. After clearing the line, they ran a camera down the line to show me and explain why the toilet was backing up. I gave them a 4 star rating in the end, only because their price for the hydrojet system was a little high, but Alex was great, very helpful and honest.

I had a clogged sink, shortly after calling Rooter Experts, Technician Alex Torres arrived. He was very professional, thorough and courteous. What more can you ask for. I would definitely recommend Rooter Experts based on my experience with Mr. Torres.

I have been having issues with my toilet drainage. Management was not answering and other plumbing services where either scheduling to come a week later or just too expensive. I contacted Rooter Experts, was given an appointment for someone to come by and check. Technician Alex Torres was super kind, speedy and amazing! My problem is fixed! I will definitely seek working with him in the future should anything come up.
