Randy and his crew are the absolute best! I had a water heater blow out on a Saturday morning and he rushed to the vendor and picked up one and installed in that afternoon. Recently he and his guys fixed a leaky bathroom pipe (more than one) and fixed the shower heads. Had to remove some wall to do it. They are the nicest crew that I've ever had work on this old house, and know their stuff. Reputable, knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work! Oh he also changed out my main water line to copper piping (it was 50 years old!). Best plumbers ever!!

These guys are the best plumbers I've ever had! Randy is super nice and ready to help you with your problem. Also he takes time to listen so you don't feel rushed or like you're wasting his time. He sent Steve to fix my kitchen faucet and I'm so glad he did. He knew exactly what was wrong and instead of having to buy a new faucet he just changed the faulty hose! We had a great time chatting while he worked and I'm telling everybody I know to call Rooter Dude! I had the typical Thanksgiving kitchen drain clog. Another plumber came out and after trying to clear it, told me he was unable to clear the clog and that I needed my lines blown out. I was looking at over $300. I called Randy at Rooter Dude and he had Steve out within an hour. Not only did Steve clear the drain, he also took the time to find and use the clean out for the sink rather than going through the actual kitchen pipe. No other plumber in the past 5 years was able to find the clean out. Now my kitchen sink drains like a champ, I even have a whirl pool as the water goes down, first time ever. Steve was friendly, polite, used drop cloths and cleaned up perfectly after he was done. I was thrilled with everything that occurred during the service call.

I highly recommend Rooter Dude, Randy and Steve. They will always be my first choice for any plumbing needs I have. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Randy is amazing. In 20 minutes he cleared a clogged line that had been backed up and slow to drain for years. He used a 90' power snake and worked the line until the blockage broke loose. As others have pointed out, Randy's extremely professional. He cleaned up everything so well you couldn't tell he was ever there. I HIGHLY recommend Rooter Dude.
