I was befuddled for months by a significant leak my parents had at their house apparently due to a solar tankless water heater that they had installed on their roof. I sent out a few requests and heard back almost immediately from Vic at Rooter Doc. They came by the very next day (I'd reached out late the prior day) and within minutes helped me understand the issue, specifically how the broken solar water heater was attached to my parents' other, non-solar tankless water heater and how it was affecting the use of hot water within the house. I ended up reaching out to another local company that focuses on solar to help me with the solar water heater itself, but I really appreciate Rooter Doc for being so clear in explaining the issue so that I could come up with potential solutions. I had had several other plumbers come in previous months and they weren't really able to explain to me what the issue was, until now.

Vic from Rooter Doc is very much what a lot of others are saying about his company. Hard to find good, professional, honest, courteous, help. We set a date and time which was the next day, when he had an emergency to take care of he call and said would it be ok to come later (some would keep you wondering). When he arrived he was efficient and very pleasant. Spoke about the FIFA world cup and other topics.

I would highly recommend Vic and Rooter Doc.

I expect him to be go to plumber for a long time, so hopefully no one else will feel the same way... :)

We have not had good luck with plumbers in the past and have been hoping to find a good one. A few months ago we had a leak start in the main house overflow valve. Water was running down the driveway and especially during a drought, this was a bad thing. We called Rooter Doc of Los Angeles after trying several others who were not available or wanted $100 to just look at the issue.

Vic of Rooter Doc had me text a photo of the problem and showed up the next day and fixed the issue quickly for a very reasonable cost. I was particularly impressed by the time he took to clean up and make sure we were happy.

Last week we had a leak in our den ceiling and drywall coming down. I called Vic and again, he came out the next day. He fixed the problem for less than I expected, and again did a great clean up job even beyond the part caused by the repair. Vic was polite, efficient, honest, and did a good job. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
