Fixed leaking toilets. Referred by Choice Home Warranty. Polite plumber. Cleaned up after self. Will use again.

My garbage disposal was leaking water & Rooter- Chris Plumbing came out & assessed the issue & determined it needed to be replaced. My technician was very professional & knowledgeable! I received two updates when enroute to keep me posted as to his location. He came in with a mask on (which I loved) & immediately put in shoe covers before entering my home. He was able to answer all of my questions walked me through everything he'd done! I am very pleased & will totally recommend this company!

Choice Home Warranty assigned this company to address 3 issues in my condo. Juan and is co-worker arrived within the 4 hour time period. Both gentlemen wore mask, shoe protectors and were very professional. They answered all my questions and all three issues were repaired in a timely manner.

They were the company sent by Choice Home Warranty. The toilet they attempted repair is still not working properly, it is actually worse and running constantly.

This is the worse plumbing company ever. The technicians suck and are not knowledgeable. The owner Chris only concern is making money and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. He actually hung up on me when I questioned some of his policies. Please do not hire this company to come out to your home. Mr. Moore

Moving into a new home and finding leaks is never fun, especially in the high use areas such as the laundry room and the kitchen. We were referred to Rooter-Chris via claims with Choice Home Warranty to address both of these issues. Turnaround time was 2 days from claim to getting a technician on-site. Charles the technician was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. After receiving permission to cut open a hole in our basement ceiling, he quickly identified the source of our leak in the kitchen (dishwasher was the culprit). As for the laundry room, it was simply some tightening of the valve that did the trick. He was in and out within an hour. Since this company only does plumbing, I have to deal with the home warranty company for both the dishwasher and the ceiling patchwork- but that's not on these guys. They did their job, and did it well. I'm a fan.

When I noticed water dripping from my basement ceiling, I put in a claim with Choice Home Warranty, the warranty company provided at the closing of the property. I immediately shut the water off as it is a guest bathroom that wasn't in use. When the vendor came 5 days later, I showed the 'plumber"""" where the water was coming from as well as the bathroom directly above. The person took about 10 minutes and determined that the water was coming from the faucet and that my warranty company did not cover faucets. However, for $225.00 he could replace the faucet with one he had in his work vehicle. He also informed me that his company provides """"water restoration"""" services. I declined and dried out the water as best I could. A couple days went by and there was still water coming from the ceiling. I then hired another company out of pocket to investigate and determine where the water was coming from considering all water from the bathroom was shut off. This master plumber did a complete diagnosis that took well over 2 hours to complete. What he found was that there was 5 times the pressure in the pipes than normal. Normal operating range is 20 to 25 pounds per square inch. My meter read 125 pounds per square inch, a catastrophe waiting to happen, for sure. Because the first """"plumber"""" did not properly go through the basic protocols, it resulted in a more involved repair as the pressure in the pipes caused additional damage. The result was a 3k bill that I am not fighting the warranty company to honor. Best thing to do is avoid this company and only deal with a plumbing company that employes qualified personnel. Any money you think you are saving will not be worth it in the end. Anywat

Juan just left my house working on my upstairs toIlet. He illustrated extreme professionalism and explained why we were having the issue we were having and what he was planning to do to resolve, which he did. I learned of Rooter Chris thru my warranty company... Great Choice! I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs in the future.

Chris was a referral. I thought he would give me a fair price since he did repairs for less than other plumbers for the person who referred him. Chris has professional appearance and is knowledgable. He over charged me $200.00. He defends his over charge as paying for his experience and compares himself to large franchise companies. Buyer be ware.
