Manager Bryan gave me two estimates for a clogged drain depending on how they have to access the main drain. Another plumber gave me a much higher range for an estimate without explaining why it would need to go up higher than Bryan's estimate. But Bryan's estimate made sense and sounded reasonable so I went with them. He sent technician Steven and his partner and they did a great job in clearing out the clogged drain. The price was exactly as expected. Steven told me what caused the problem and some major issues that may come our way down the road. I was aware of this to some extent already so I knew it but even so, he didn't try to pressure me to have it done. He gave me an estimate with my receipt so I know what's on the horizon. Great job; Estimates that I could understand and sounded reasonable; I would call them again.

Whenever I would use my laundry or my kitchen it would come up my tub . I found that to be extremely odd & nasty because black sludge would come up. I called out rooter champion and were able to hydrojet my 2 inch line that they all shared ! Thank you for all your help and hard work rooter champion !

These guys are great! Had another company tell me I had to replace my sewer and there wasn't any option. I decided to ask a friend for advice and she recommended me to Rooter champion. They Hydro jetted my sewer and got rid of my issue for the next two years or so. Roots were my culprit and I will have to do some maintenance about every couple years to keep them from clogging the sewer. I will definitely call back for any drain cleaning needs, thanks again guys.
