I've had plenty of plumbing problems with my condo that was built in the 70's. Bryan came out after I had plenty of other plumbers ripping me off. Bryan was very professional and explained everything to me and showed me the camera where he found the problem. He suggested a long term solution which I plan to execute. Meanwhile he fixed the problem for now so that I can live my life.

Bryan and George were great! My kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and after checking it out they said they'd need to hydrojet it. It was more than I had planned on spending so I told them I'd have to have them come back another time. They didn't even charge me for the initial visit. However the next day I decided I couldn't take a clogged kitchen sink any longer so I messaged them and they came over (on a Saturday!) literally within 40 minutes. They were friendly, courteous and professional and now my sink is working perfectly again. Will definitely use them again in the future!

My 2n floor shower room drain was clogged for a long time. I called a handyman but he couldn't fix it. He recommended me to try hydro-jetting. I searched on yelp then called Rooter Champion. Bryan and his workmate came very quickly. They used camera to check the clogged drain, and then tried hydro-jetting. Unfortunately it still didn't work as well, and the water with so many rust came out from my drain. Bryan explained maybe the old pipe was totally clogged with rust, it needed to re-piped. Bryan and his workmate came again another day, and professionally found the clogged pipe part at 1st floor. Cutting the dry wall and the old pipe, we could see the pipe was really clogged wit rust. After all done, these guys cleaned my place very well. I really recommend their service.

This is a long over due review.
Back in April 2018, Bryan was referred to me by another highly rated rooter on Yelp only because he felt that Bryan had equipment and experience more suited to our situation.

Bryan was absolutely FANTASTIC on the phone. He listened with sincerity and explained some things but ultimately because the scope of the work involved non rooter work, he referred me to another plumber who could do both rooter work as well as other plumbing work. So though I ended up not hiring him at the time, his willingness to explain a couple of things was so extremely helpful so much so, that it made my efforts way more efficient.

I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him to our Yelp community. He deserves and has earned 5 stars.

So I am in my new rental home for one week and my kitchen sink backs up. Tried to clear it myself but no go. I called C&C Plumbing (also a 5 star company) and within two hours the service technician arrived. He spent two hours trying to clear the clog (with a power snake) and could not break the long standing grease blockage. He told me to call a Hydro-Jet company to clear the blockage. Oh, by the way he did not charge for the visit as he said he did not solve the problem, amazing. I turned to Yelp and found Rooter Champion. I called and spoke with Bryan. And like a Super Hero, Bryan showed up at my door within two hours. He and his second technician spent 3 hours using his Hydro Jet to clear this grease blockage. I called a few companies and all but Bryan said they had to come out to see the problem and then maybe correct it at the same time or re-schedule to clear the blockage. Also I was told by C&C that I did not have a clean out for this run of pipe and that the Hydro-Jet Company would have to clear it from under the sink. Bryan was the only one that said ""NO PROBLEM."" They used a tub to catch the flow of water from the jet, and a wet-vac to suck up the water. They left the job as clean as before they started. After breaking up the clog he went further into the line to clear grease accumulated to the main drain. He then checked the work with his line camera to ensure a complete job. After spending 3 hours (I am sure more than he anticipated for the job) the price was just what he quoted on the phone. I asked him how long he has been in business as he did not have a lot of reviews on yelp (though they were all 5 stars) and he said about 3 years. He said he had worked for a long time with other companies and is now growing his with honest work and fair pricing. I can tell you that with his attitude, the quality of his work and the fairness of his pricing, it will not be to long before he has 1000s of 5 star reviews. GREAT WORK BRYAN AND ROOTER CHAMPION!!

My parent's house had some major plumbing issues and needed re-piping. Bryan was available to get started in less than 24 hours of the inspection. The original plumber I contacted called Bryan (they are friends) to help manage the re-piping to my parent's house. The first day, Bryan spent an entire day working with? the crew from morning until 8:30PM to get the work completed as quickly as possible. It was a ton of work and in the heat! The re-piping of the entire house took about 3 days. During the entire process, Bryan kept me informed and never pressured my parent's to do more than needed. He was transparent, honest and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Bryan for your re-piping needs! Thank you for taking care of my parents and for your honest, hard, quality work! I called this plumbing service for my clog bathroom and toilet and they came the next day. BRIAN came very professional and knowledgeable in explaining what's happening and what they going to do steps by steps and give me an option according to my need and budget . I had an issue with my laundry drain backing up so I went to yelp and picked the guys at the top and Bryan and Rooter Champion deserve to be at the top!!! First time out they tried snaking my drain but there was just to much corrosion to even get 12"" into the pipe with there camera.But they got the clog out enough to were it drained properly. They offered me there descaling service to do at later date. I thought about and did it. They came out and unfortunately there machine only made it 18"" in but there camera showed the pipe was broken and that's as far as it would go. Bryan gave me plenty of options to fix the problem and spent the time to go over each of the options. He would not take my money for the second visit claiming ""he did nothing"". Rooter Champion has good, honest employees and earned my business for years to
come.
