Cesar was very patient with my hundreds of questions before I was sure he was the one to hire for the job. I would say the quoted price was reasonable, compared to others who responded later. The appointment was the very next day. Cesar came earlier than the appointment time, not late. Cesar was professional and reliable. Cesar and his team did an excellent job identifying and repairing a leak in the water heater pipes and patching the wall after they completed the repair work. We used Rooter Brothers for a larger job this past week and could not have been happier with their work. The water coming out of the faucets and shower was clear but smelled like sulfur, so we called Rooter Brothers to investigate. Turns out that half of the pipes were metal and the other half were PVC (bad remodel job before I bought the house). The metal pipes were 75% blocked and needed to be replaced. We ran the price quoted by my father-in-law who is a contractor in Seattle and he agreed that the pricing was more than fair for the job. The crew completed the work in one day instead of two days and left everything clean. All of the crew members were vaccinated and complied with wearing masks. We were scared to have anyone in our home with a young kiddo (during the height of the Delta variant surge) but felt much safer with the Rooter Brothers commitment to infection prevention. Would 100% recommend them.

Can't thank these guys enough! We woke up to our garage completely flooded and it turned out it was our water heater. We had plumber Cesar come out right away and started the process for a new water heater. He was even very understanding and nice about my dog! Very happy with the work and great prices.
