After calling to set up repair service, they arrived at my house within the hour. They took care of my clogged tub drain promptly and displayed good work ethic in process: both men wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers. They also made sure bath area was clean before they left. Overall I'm very satisfied with their service.

We called Rooter Boys when our regular handyman said he didn't have the equipment to get to our clog. The plumber they sent out looked like he was 20, and I was unsure that he had the experience to advise on the job, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
After a lot of ""Hmmm, well's...."" he tried to hydrojet the line with a tiny hose, which he literally ran for 2 minutes, then he said ""You have a clog, it won't go through"". I'm thinking, well duh, that's why I called you. What's funny is that my handyman, after hours of digging to get to the line 3 feet below, ran a simple water hose down the line and no water came out. The reason I called Rooter Boys was to clean the line once and for all before closing it. This serviceman didn't try any other things, and my husband had to come up with ideas to try, not the professional.
After everything, and him saying the hydrojet won't work and we have to dig up the unit to replace the lines, he gave me a bill for $600.00 and we said Goodbye!
Ended up going with Rooter Man Plumbing, who also said the line had to be replaced, came up with ideas of how NOT to dig up the whole unit.

These guys get it done, and they stick with it through tough jobs. We have one of those fancy Toto Aqueos toilets where the designer must have had it out for all plumbers everywhere - they're a pain in the ass to work with. You have to remove the entire toilet any time there's a problem and it doesn't just simply unbolt from the back, it's grouted or caulked to the floor so after multiple trips for multiple issues (should have just replaced the toilet) these guys fixed my leak, my faulty fill valve and cleaned out a massive calcium buildup. The Rooter Boys are the best!!!

I had my pipes hydro jetted by another company about 15 or so days ago. This morning I noticed water draining out of my clean out on the side of my house. I called the company who previously hydro jetted to come back out and do it again. I even told them I needed them to hydro jet and they didn't bother to bring the van with the hydro jet machine. They told me they would come back in a couple hours (after a personal appointment). Needless to say they did not. Instead they strung me along all day just to cancel on me at 5 p.m. He was originally out at 11 a.m.

I called Rooter Boys around 5 p.m. and spoke with Tony who connected me the technician, Sam. Sam said he'd be out to me between 40 minutes to an hour. I think he was there under 40 minutes. Sam was fast, efficient, super nice and more importantly super knowledgeable! An added bonus is Rooter Boys was considerably CHEAPER than the other guys! I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!

I had Rooter Boys repair my sewer line and install a new water heater 4 months ago. I was initially satisfied with the service they provided (this is why I gave them a 5 star). However, three months later I noticed some issues due to their lack of paying attention to details or using subpar material. Regarding the sewer line, I noticed a rather big hole (see photo) opening up on the ground where they dug to repair it. My handyman's confirmed that the soil was not compressed. Regarding the water heater, they installed a 50 gallon water heater on what they told me was a slab of concrete. Well, during the rain, moisture seeped through the shed which affected my water heater pilot. The culprit was that the slab it was sitting on was cracked and sinking. My handyman built a concrete platform to fix it. He took out the cracked concrete slab. This so called concrete slab was actually made of styrofoam (see photos). No wonder it sank and cracked. Rooter Boys are really nice people but their work is not thorough as it should be.

Professional. Courteous. Clean. Responsive. Reasonably priced. I cannot say enough about these guys. I spoke to several companies and hired them. So glad I did! Installed a 40f new sewer line under my driveway with little disruption in one day. Hire them!! Ask for Sam; a true professional.

I had a clogged drain that was backing up into my bathroom sink. I called this company and the 1st guy couldn't fix it with a snake. The 2nd guy couldn't fix it with a water jet. Then the owner came out and tried a larger snake and even some acid. None of that worked, so they came back again and replaced the pipe under my house. The pipe had a very old snake stuck in it from when the previous owner of the house had tried getting the same pipe snaked. The pipe was 100% blocked. The pipe was replaced at a better angle to decrease the likelihood of the same problem developing again. Total pipe replacement and cleanup was done in less than 3 hours. I was not charged for the 1st 3 attempts made to fix the problem that were unsuccessful.

Rooter Boys are top notch professionals. Sam and Tony care very much about the quality of their work and keeping their customers happy. As a first time homeowner, a large plumbing project is daunting; we wanted to make an informed decision and understand the process. We met with several vendors and Rooter Boys blew them all out of the water. They are responsive, show up on time, answer all questions, deal professionally with City officials for permits, and give quality work. Whether a big job or small job (ours was big - replacing an original main sewer line from 1927 to the street), Sam, Tony and his crew are the best in the business.

Rooter Boys just completed a very extensive sewer line replacement for our old house. The job was super complicated and required pulling permits from the City and multiple inspections. Sam was so fantastic in every aspect of the job: communicating, explaining every step of the process, laying out our options and doing a very thorough and top notch job. My wife and I could not imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. We cannot thank Sam enough for his great work and being so pleasant to work with!
