When I got a call back from Dominick in less than 10 minutes of making my request, I was stunned. He is polite and amenable. He was able to send Miguel the next day. If you need help right away, they will come within the hour. Handsome fellows, kind, respectable, family friendly, and smart. As my dad stated, they are knowledgeable, good workers, understanding, caring/loving, and humble people like family. If they were up for adoption I would adopt them.. lol jk. With all honestly, this is the first time my parents were very pleased with both their services, and it's hard to get their approval for anything. I had to call them twice for two different problems one with toilet and other with ceiling fan/dryer ventilation. They came at the right time, they did a good job assessing the situations and resolving the issues. Also, they explained everything eloquently. And on top of all that, they don't come to over charge you or take advantage of you financially they priced their services fairly. God Bless them... Today, my family witnessed this:

This company answered the request promptly, came on schedule, on the weekend, and were able to troubleshoot the electrical problem with my boiler and fix it quickly. Apparently a transformer had blown. they had the part and replaced it. they explained exactly what the problem was and gave me pricing up front. they also installed a lighting fixture. there was a problem with my stove which they could not fix, but explained the issue clearly. they are not inexpensive, but they are reasonable, and the service was excellent. i would definitely use them again.
