Had to choose a star to continue with this review but really ZERO stars for these guys. From the top down I got the complete run around and major excuses about roots. I had to call them for the 3rd time WITH SEWER STILL BACKING UP within 15 days of them coming out to unclog sewer. I had the most outrageous conversation with the owner. No customer service, integrity or follow through. I called Drain Masters and within an hour problem solved and I paid a smaller fee.
