I asked for 2 elongated bone colored toilets was quoted a price saying they cost more ...when they arrived the toilets were white ..yet price same as quoted after install I noticed one was not elongated ..they swapped out that for an elongated one,then after they left I noticed it was not the same as the first one in fact a cheaper model by 50 dollars ..they wanted another 110 to replace so I am stuck with a toilet I did not want...very nice guys but lacking attention to detail ..I would not recommend them.

This is the second time over the years that I have used this company and I must say both times, I have not been disappointed. They are very punctual and polite, also, this company is an honest one. They did not try and talk me into something I did not want or need. Which is something I appreciate. Thank you Dj's Root Scooter Plumbing, I will recommend you to all I know.

We were having difficulty finding a plumber to address our blockage problem. Quotes of time availability were anywhere from 3 to 5 days. Really, we could not wait for that period of time. One call to Roto Rooter and our clogged pipes were history. Thanks for timely and effective response. If the arises, we will gladly call 'Roto-Rooter.
