Great service, knowledgeable. Professional man does a great job! verifies his work and checks his jobs. We had all the water shut off valves done and a water line ran under the home to the fridge. He did great. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for

I called, was given a fair quote over the phone, we set the appointment for the early evening. The plumber (Steve) was prompt, very courteous, professional in the job he performed and cleaned up the area completely when finished. Though we rarely need a plumber's expertise, our experiences with plumbers have been marginal in the past. They have been hours late without a courtesy call, not all that friendly, and left a mess of their making behind. This experience was entirely different and pleasant. In the weeks since, we have had no more problems whatsoever. These people are top notch!

We had a humming noise in our pipes so went to Home Depot. They gave our contact info to three people and Root Busters was the first to respond/call us back. We immediately got a phone call and were able to get an appointment setup. Steve came by, diligently walked through each of our plumbing fixtures and ended up fixing a leaky toilet.

Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'm very happy that we got an honest assessment and fix (instead of having to replace the pressure regulator which would have been much more expensive). It made a big difference to have a licensed, insured, and bonded professional plumber instead of handyman! I'd absolutely recommend Root Busters to all my friends and family.
