Great service throughout the entire process. We had an issue with our Ejector pump that failed on a Sunday. Rootbusters were by far the quickest to respond(within minutes) and were out that day (others were as long as 4 days). They were had the replacement pump and were able to install it that day. They were also able to recommend a very good mitigation partner who was then out later in the day. Would definitely use them again.

I needed a new main shutoff valve in my house to replace an old gate valve that was leaky and wouldn't seal completely. I put in a request on Thumbtack and received about 5 estimates. Some extremely high, some suspiciously low. Phil's estimate was reasonable and fair. He showed up on time and did an awesome job. New shutoff looks and works great. All the 5 star reviews are legit! I'll definitely use again for my future plumbing needs.

Phil did an awesome job helping me with my issues. He fixed two leaks in my toilets and educated me on self repairing in the future. One was wring size flapper and other was replacing the whole ball and flush valve. He also did a great job with finish installing my water purification system.
