We live in Bolingbrook and wanted to support a local business. I googled Plumbers and found RootBusters. They were local and all the 5 Star reviews were very good. What happened was Thursday our shower starting clogging up and all the toilet was backing up and dripping to the basement. RootBusters came out Friday and Phil noticed one of the PVC pipes in the basement was hanging, he fixed it by adding new rods. And also fixed the clogged toilet. Phil was great and will definitely be using them for any other plumbing issues or projects. RootBusters was Fast and reliable.

My kitchen drain was a headache during Christmas but I waited until today to deal with it. All the heavy duty cleanup was done, y'know what I mean? But the little everyday headaches were beginning to add up. Anyway, I contacted RootBusters today and they were able to come out almost immediately. Andrew was great. He rodded out my drains and explained everything. He advised me about possibly replacing my disposal (or maybe getting rid of it!) and throughout, he was careful, conscientious, and friendly. Great service throughout the entire process. We had an issue with our Ejector pump that failed on a Sunday. Rootbusters were by far the quickest to respond(within minutes) and were out that day (others were as long as 4 days). They were had the replacement pump and were able to install it that day. They were also able to recommend a very good mitigation partner who was then out later in the day. Would definitely use them again.

Phil from RootBusters replaced a garbage disposal and pipes under kitchen sink and also turn off valve on toilet. He advised when he would arrive, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterward. I would not hesitate to use RootBusters again.

I expected to hear from them possibly the next day if not this evening. This was NOT what happened. My phone rang within 5 or 10 minutes. I needed a new main shutoff valve in my house to replace an old gate valve that was leaky and wouldn't seal completely. I put in a request on Thumbtack and received about 5 estimates. Some extremely high, some suspiciously low. Phil's estimate was reasonable and fair. He showed up on time and did an awesome job. New shutoff looks and works great. All the 5 star reviews are legit! I'll definitely use again for my future plumbing needs.

Phil did an awesome job helping me with my issues. He fixed two leaks in my toilets and educated me on self repairing in the future. One was wring size flapper and other was replacing the whole ball and flush valve. He also did a great job with finish installing my water purification system.
