I will never use this company ever again! I used them a couple of times before with no problem but this time was a totally different story. Before the job started, I asked how much it would cost and was told that it is $135 to unclog the main line so I gave them the go ahead. I was told that they will not send any technician unless I secure it with a credit card since I could not be present(this is a rental)but they will send me my receipt in the mail. That was last week and I never got the receipt but I checked my online account and was surprised to find out that they charged me $230. I called the company and was told that they had to use a longer snake. They said they found hair or thread -like materials. It did not take a long time and I'm glad it's not clogged anymore but I think they should have called me before charging me extra. I think it's so unprofessional. Customers beware!!!

We called with a stopped up sink. They had same day service this time. The most wonderful and kind person came out to do the work. He did not hurry us. He explained the cause and prevention for the future. And he completely cleaned up behind his work!!!!!
